The leading sports and entertainment company that has a growing presence in the United States, FanDuel Group, announced a new senior-level appointment. The company unveiled Monday it strengthened its C-suite with the appointment of the Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs Veteran, Alison Kutler, to the role of Vice President, Sustainability & Responsible Gaming.
Joining the senior-level management at FanDuel, she will oversee strategic processes related to responsible gaming (RG). Additionally, Kutler will be in charge of the company's sustainability strategy. Ultimately, the appointment reaffirms FanDuel's commitment to responsible gaming, sustainability and complements the growth of its consumer protection framework.
In her role as Vice President, Sustainability & Responsible Gaming, Kutler will lead FanDuel's RG training and product development teams and oversee the organization of different RG initiatives, including RG policies and regulatory affairs.
Moreover, she will oversee the work of FanDuel's advocacy teams that focus on the company's Casino, Sportsbook, Racing, Retail and Daily Fantasy functions. Finally, Kutler's responsibilities will include ensuring the sustainable growth of FanDuel in line with the Positive Impact Plan of its parent company, Flutter, a statement reveals.
Currently, Kutler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University. Additionally, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Stanford University's School of Law and has held senior-level roles with globally-recognized companies in the last two decades.
Before her appointment as Vice President, Sustainability & Responsible Gaming, Kutler held the role of Senior Vice President, Global Government Affairs at the leading NFT and blockchain developer, Dapper Labs. Her professional background includes a Senior Vice President Government Affairs-Americas role with Visa.
Kutler was also a principal for PwC and has extensive experience with different regulatory agencies in the United States. Such include a Chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, as well as a Director of Trade Advocacy Center with the US Department of Commerce. Additionally, Kutler served as Special Advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, among other important leadership roles.

Genetski explained that Kutler brings extensive experience after holding senior-level roles with regulators and global businesses. Finally, FanDuel's president acknowledged that Kutler's experience spans more than 25 years which makes her a perfect addition to the company's growing team of specialists.
