Delaware Lottery and Scientific Games unveil new app, loyalty program

The global leader in digital and retail games, technology, services and analytics, powering government-run lotteries across the globe, Scientific Games, announced the successful launch of a new mobile app and player loyalty program in collaboration with the Delaware Lottery. Announced Monday, the launch elevates the experiences for Lottery customers by delivering achievement-based ways to win prizes, including cash, as well as new perks and features.

Known as the Delaware Lottery Players Club, the new loyalty program combines features from the Lottery's previous players club but takes the experience to a new level. Both the new loyalty program and mobile app were developed under Scientific Games' Enhanced Partnership program for premium services.

The latest announcement comes after the company confirmed it extended its collaboration with the Delaware Lottery recently. The contract extension sought to modernize the lottery's complete technological ecosystem. Ultimately, the collaboration sought to improve the Lottery's customer loyalty program, retail operations, video lottery, sports betting, as well as keno, instant and draw games, delivering unrivaled entertainment and unique experiences for its growing customer base.

Amy Bergette, Scientific Games' Senior Vice President of Digital Solutions, shared her excitement regarding the latest collaboration with the Delaware Lottery in a statement. "We are excited to modernize the Delaware Lottery’s loyalty program and mobile app with a new and improved solution that enhances the player experience," she explained. Finally, Bergette pointed out: "We are continually innovating digital solutions to ensure lottery players can easily and conveniently engage with the lottery, its games and so many ways to be entertained and win cash and prizes."

Helene Keeley, Delaware Lottery's Director, added: "We value our loyal players, and we want to offer them the best rewards program available through the convenience of a one-stop mobile app." She explained that the Lottery's new Players Club delivers engaging options including instant rewards. Finally, Keeley said: "As part of our overall tech modernization initiative, we’re strengthening our players’ connection to the Delaware Lottery and helping support proceeds for vital programs and services in our state."

Thanks to the latest collaboration, Delaware Lottery's players will benefit from Scientific Games' achievement-based loyalty program. This innovative program enables customers to earn points for every ticket they enter, granting them a chance to complete achievements and collect awards.
