The leading geolocation and compliance technology company offering services and solutions for the growing North American iGaming and sports betting industries, Xpoint, announced it became a board-level member of the premier national trade group representing the US casino industry, the American Gaming Association (AGA).

The collaboration was unveiled last week Thursday and sees Xpoint's CEO and Co-Founder, Marvin Sanders, join the AGA's Board of Directors. Thanks to this collaboration, Xpoint effectively becomes the latest company that is a board-level member of the Association.

In addition to Sanders joining AGA's Board, the deal will see other members of the company become a part of different committeeswithin the AGA. According to a recent statement, Xpoint's "C-suite leadership team" will participate in AGA's task forces and committees.

The recent announcement complements the strong growth reported by Xpoint earlier this year. Currently, there are two geolocation technology suppliers licensed in New Jersey and Xpoint is one of them. What's more, earlier this year, in June, the company announced its first partnership in Ontario with SkillOnNet.

More recently, in September, Xpoint expanded the reach of its products significantly. As a result, the company's real-money gaming geolocation solution, Xpoint Verify, launched with PlayStar and Sporttrade in New Jersey. Additionally, its product developed for Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) operators, Xpoint Lite, launched in several US states with Flex Fantasy and Bettor Fantasy.

Again, in September, three new investors backed up Xpoint. Those are The Raine Group, SuRo Capital Sports, as well as Acies Investments. The trio joined Courtside Ventures and Bettor Capital, who were the initial investors in Xpoint that increased their investment within the company's latest funding round.

Marvin Sanderson, Xpoint's CEO and Co-Founder, commented on the topic in a statement by saying: "We are very proud to join the AGA and looking forward to being active participants across a range of the organization's interests." In conclusion, he added: "The AGA is rightly celebrated as the premier membership organization in our primary market, and it is an honor to be sitting alongside so many of our industry peers within the AGA, helping shape the future for us, our partners, and our fellow associated companies."

Founded in 2019, Xpoint has been continuously growing. Only recently, the company was nominated for two awards at the 2022 SBC North America. Currently, the company has offices located in Miami, Florida, as well as Toronto, Canada. Xpoint's portfolio of partners continues to grow as more operators are interested in leveraging its leading geolocation security solutions.
