SkillOnNet-owned brand PlayUZU has successfully launched in the Peruvian iGaming market after obtaining a license in the Latin American jurisdiction.
The locally regulated .pe domain comes with a commitment to uphold the same values shared across PlayUZU’s other localized domains, such as fairness, transparency, and elevated gameplay.
The rollout of the casino is also backed by a marketing campaign that is focused on showcasing these values and seeking to connect with more players in the country. Yet, PlayUZU relies on the gradual build-up of its presence.
PlayUZU received its license in Peru just recently, and following the market legalization in February2024, and has been looking forward to consolidating its presence in the Latin American market in general.
PlayUZU.pe Head of Marketing Spain and LatAm Helena Rico has welcomed the fresh rollout of the brand and said:
"In an industry dominated by bonuses with complicated terms and conditions and deceptive small print, we think Peruvian players will enjoy PlayUZU’s unique proposition of a fair deal with no wagering requirements.
We also believe that by providing players with a fun and localized gaming experience we can make PlayUZU a top brand in this exciting new market."
Peru has been a particularly coveted market for foreign companies who have found it to be a great opportunity to establish their Latin American credentials.
Among the suppliers to pursue growth locally have been names such as RubyPlay and Booming Games. Bet365, on the other hand, is one of the international operators to also seek a local foothold in the market.
Other companies, including those from the North American market, have also been looking at the Latin American region with interest. Rush Street Interactive introduced both its sportsbook and online casino in the country back in July.
