WWE and White Hat Studios have teamed up for the launch of a new, exciting, branded game that will draw from the popularity of the franchise and build fresh experiences for players at Fanatics Casino.
The game was launched on Thursday, March 12, and was exclusive to the platform, ahead of the anticipated WrestleMania 42 event that will be taking place in Las Vegas on April 18-19, 2026.
WrestleMania: Road to Gold has drawn heavily on the franchise’s talent pool, featuring 20-odd athletes and entertainers, among whom are Cody Rhodes and Rhea Ripley.
Commenting on the opportunity to release this brand title, White Hat Studios VP of GamingArmen Tatarevic said that the WWE was an iconic brand and that the two companies’ collaborative effort was a way to establish fresh opportunities for players to interact with the beloved IP.
"From superstar athletes to headline events, there are numerous touchpoints that fans will enjoy, and this is a major IP launch for White Hat Studios as we continue to deliver a main event experience to casino players in the United States," Tatarevic said.
The title itself is built to feature innovative and player-focused features such as the Unlock Trail gameplay, which will focus on offering audiences the opportunity to explore different WWE Premium Live Events within the game, among which are SummerSlam, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, and Elimination Chamber, as well as Money in the Bank.
These features are built around the idea of giving players the best possible experience while eliciting strong engagement and retention rates. Fanatics Betting and Gaming President of Casino, Conor Grant, was also happy with this development and said that the brand was very happy to welcome the exclusive launch.
"This new WWE-branded experience on Fanatics Casino reflects our strategy to leverage the power of Fanatics' IP assets to offer customers a premium, differentiated experience," he added.
The new game is not exactly a chance occurrence either, as the release of WWE-themed games has been planned for a while now.
