NeoGames confirms partnership extension with SAZKA

The leading technology-driven provider of iGaming and iLottery solutions, NeoGames S.A., announced a new important partnership extension. The company unveiled on Tuesday it extended its contract with its long-standing partner and leading lottery operator in the Czech Republic, SAZKA. Under the terms of the extended agreement, NeoGames agreed to supply its solutions and content, powering the lottery operator which is a part of Allwyn through 2028.

Thanks to the partnership extension, SAZKA will continue to benefit from NeoGames' leading iGaming and iLottery solutions. This includes NeoSphere, the market-leading platform, along with a wide range of interactive titles from NeoGames.

Besides the content and solutions SAZKA has used before, it will also tap into new games. This will be achieved through content aggregation facilitated via NeoGames' subsidiary, Pariplay. As a result, the lottery operator will significantly strengthen its offering, propelling its growth in the European country.

The collaboration represents an important achievement for SAZKA as it will enable the operator to continue to leverage solutions and games that have proven to drive customer engagement and growth. At the same time, the deal reaffirms NeoGames' position as a leading supplier of iGaming and iLottery content and solutions.

Jan Horyna, SAZKA's Chief iGaming Officer, shared his excitement about the latest announcement in a statement. He revealed that the company is delighted to extend its successful collaboration with NeoGames. "This collaboration isn’t just about technology; it’s about a mutually fruitful working relationship and about the value we’re creating for our players," added Horyna. Finally, he pointed out: "Together, we're redefining what online lottery can be, and we’re eager to continue pushing the boundaries and set new standards as we build on the work we've undertaken throughout this longstanding partnership."

He acknowledged that the company represents an important and strategic customer for NeoGames which is why it is thrilling to announce the new partnership extension. The collaboration between NeoGames and SAZKA dates back to 2017. Since then, leveraging innovative technology, the lottery operator has gone from strength to strength.
