The leading gambling software development company, delivering solutions and services to betting and iGaming operators across the globe, SOFTSWISS, strengthened its commitment to the health and well-being of men by supporting Movember.
Movember is a global annual event that seeks to raise awareness of men's health issues, including suicide, prostate and testicular cancer, among other challenges.
Men who want to support the charity even usually grow moustaches during November to help raise awareness.
SOFTSWISS' support for Movember this year marks the second participation of the company in the noble initiative.
The debut participation of the company in 2023 brought incredible success which is why SOFTSWISS is now ramping up its efforts in supporting the mental well-being, as well as physical health of its employees.
The slogan of this year's Global Movember is "Talk It Out! Act It Out!"
By participating in the charity event, the company seeks to raise awareness of the importance of addressing both physical and mental health issues.
Ivan Montik, SOFTSWISS' Founder, commented on the topic in a statement, revealing that good health is imperative for successful business growth.
The executive acknowledged the busy day-to-day activities that may cause health issues among some.
"At SOFTSWISS, we wholeheartedly embrace the 'WE CARE' value – not only in our work but also in caring for ourselves and each other," Montik added.
Finally, SOFTSWISS' Founder explained: "Prioritizing self-care is essential for building a successful future. Together, we can foster a culture of health and well-being that strengthens our community."
The company's men's health campaign is a part of its broader initiatives of supporting the well-being of its employees.
Besides Global Movember, SOFTSWISS supports campaigns such as Pink October.
The Pink October health campaign encourages female employees to undergo ultrasound and mammogram tests, with SOFTSWISS reimbursing them for such expenses.
Recognized as a leading employer within the iGaming vertical, SOFTSWISS' efforts are not unnoticed.
This year, the company was able to distinguish itself by winning the prestigious "Employer of the Year" award at the SBC Awards.
Supporting Global Movember, eleven senior and middle-level managers at SOFTSWISS will play a key role in the initiative as ambassadors.
Leveraging their social media platforms, the executives will help raise awareness of the initiative.
Not unexpectedly, the company will support the Moustache Challenge, synonymous with Movember, enabling participants to start the month clean-shaven and proudly present their moustaches at the end of the month.
Further activations include an anonymous mental health support channel for SOFTSWISS employees.
The channel will provide guidance and counseling, helping workers who may be going through difficult times.
