Gambling.com completes OddsJam acquisition

Gambling.com Group confirmed that it had finalized the acquisition of Odds Holdings, the parent company of OddsJam, on January 1, 2025. The acquisition has been finalized on time and according to schedule, the company said in a press release.

Commenting on the deal’s finalization, Gambling.com Group had this to say: "The completion of this acquisition underscores Gambling.com Group’s ability to execute strategic transactions efficiently and without delay."

Gambling.com Group said that it had further expanded in the online gambling ecosystem and securing recurring revenue streams.

"The Odds Holdings platform, powered by state-of-the-art technology for real-time odds data, strengthens the Company’s position as a leader in the global online gambling ecosystem," the company confirmed.

Gambling.com Group has been looking to achieve financial milestones, one of which is $100m in adjusted EBITDA. The group confirmed that much when the Odds Holdings deal was announced in mid-December.

Sports betting tech to contribute to group’s operations

Gambling.com Group has paid $80m to acquire Odds Holdings to date, and an additional $80m is still payable through 2026 and based on the performance by OddsJam and other brands owned by the firm.

Gambling.com Group’s acquisition of OddsJam in particular allows it to leverage real-time betting odds data to users thanks to an optimized website and app that are designed to enhance the sports betting experience.
