Hi,

I deposited 150$ and received a bonus from winning.io

I managed to play through the wagering of the bonus and ended up with a total balance of 1405$,

so i requested a withdrawal but later received an email asking about how i got the 150$ to deposit.

I explained i got some money from my parents for helping with the family business,

I took the money deposited it into crypto then just played online casino for fun.

This time i got lucky and now they think i am laundering money because i don't have any documentation of these 150$ that i deposited.

It is very easy for them to just push this rule when costumers win and they do not wish to pay out.

Why do they accept our deposits then without any questions?

Now they stole even my deposit and closed down my account and not responding to my emails.

They are behaving like thieves,

who are they to even steal my deposited money?

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and all players must be able to provide a valid proof of income.

• Do I understand correctly that you are unable to provide proof of income?
• Have you provided any other documents to verify your account and have they all been approved?

Yes I told them that I had some crypto from before that I play online casino with and showed them deposits of crypto prior to my deposit at their casino.

Like I mentioned earlier I got some small amounts of money from my father for helping out with the family business that is also how I started buying crypto currencies.

I am currently a student and we don't receive any money from the government for studying.

Also I did not know that I need to have a documented income to play at their casino,

it does not say anything about that in their terms.

What they did now is not only confiscating my winnings but they also stole my deposit and locked my account.

What gives them the right to do that?

I think like I said before it is very convenient to use this rule when it benefits them.

Otherwise they can just ask to provide documentation of income when costumers register an account at their casino.

I uploaded my ID and bank statement on their website.

Also would it not be more easy and fair if they asked for this documentation prior to a deposit for example when you register an account at their casino?
