Aber leider gibt es keine passende Spieleliste die in dem Spiel Book Of Dead vorhanden sein sollte die existiert aber nicht denn ich habe ja nicht gespielt. Witzigerweise habe ich dann aber noch 10 € übrig gelassen habe also nur 1190 verspielt und 10 € mir noch für schlechte Tage gelassen ironisch gemeint. Hallo erstmal. 29.06 habe ich 1200 € Auszahlung beantragt. Am 20.07 habe ich noch mal nachgefragt was mit der Auszahlung ist und es hieß technische Probleme wie jedes Mal wenn ich das gefragt habe. Im Spielverlauf ist ja auch jeder dreher mit Bild gespeichert. Aber es gibt ja kein passendes Bild wo man mit 15€Einsatz ein 10€ Gewinn hatt.(laut meiner Kenntnis kann man doch nicht mit 15€ Einsatz 10€ gewinnen,oder??? Customer's initial withdrawal request was made on 29/06/2020 for the amount of 1 200 € and afterwards the withdrawal itself was cancelled by the customer.

As per our records in our system, customers betting activity is focused mainly on the casino, hence all of the deposited funds were played on the casino at SLOT10.com

Having this In mind, right after the withdrawal was cancelled by the customer's side, the remaining amount of funds were played and the outstanding amount is now 10 €.

Customer was already informed via couple of chat through our Customer Support, hence that's all the information we now have.

I read the answer from the casino. Dear Peter, please ask the casino why there is no game list in Book of Death (not the betting history, but there is no game list). There must be a course of play for the course of the bet. And please ask the casino how I can win € 10 with a € 15 stake, because that's just not possible - you can win € 7.50 with a € 15 stake, this is the smallest win and the next higher win would be € 15, you can simply do not win € 10 with a stake of € 15. That is why there is no playlist - you can see that on the playlist with the picture of the win, but since there is no picture where you can win € 10 with a € 15 bet, there is of course no playlist either. Ich habe die Antwort vom Casino gelesen. Lieber Peter, frag doch bitte das Casino warum es keine Spielliste in Book of Death gibt (nicht den Wettverlauf den gibt es ja aber keine Spielliste). Es muss ja zum Wettverlauf ein Spielverlauf geben. Und frag doch bitte das casino wie ich mit 15€ Einsatz 10€ gewinnen kann, denn das geht einfach nicht man kann mit 15€ Einsatz 7,50€ gewinnen das ist der kleinste Gewinn und der nächst höhere Gewinn wäre 15€, man kann einfach keine 10€ mit einem Einsatz von 15€ gewinnen. Deshalb gibt es auch keine Spielliste den auf der Spielliste kann man das mit dem Bild vom Gewinn sehen,aber da es kein Bild gibt wo man mit 15€ Einsatz 10€ gewinnen kann gibt es natürlich auch keine Spielliste. Peter du kannst selber mit Spaßgeld versuchen ein 10€ Gewinn mit 15€ Einsatz zu bekommen und wirst selbst sehen das es nicht geht. MfG Dana
