I registered with the casino on July 18, 2024 - I was able to visit the website from Germany (without a VPN), register, make deposits and withdrawals, and play.

I also informed Shuffle that in the case of an "illegal" offer, the terms and conditions etc. are invalid under German law.

After 3 reminders, I received two replies yesterday. One with a link to a license in Curacao and a reference to the terms and conditions that players from Germany are prohibited from using the site and that I have confirmed these conditions. (See attachments).

I ask for a GERMAN license and receive proof of a license in Curacao?!

I would like to point out that without a license the terms and conditions etc. are invalid in Germany and reference is made to these?!

Despite my request, I have not yet been provided with an overview of all deposits and withdrawals (hence the estimate of €20,000).

I therefore demand that Shuffle immediately compensate me for my losses or reach an acceptable settlement/agreement.

I ask the Casino Guru team to mediate here. On the other hand, I see myself forced to take legal action against the casino, the payment providers and also against the game providers such as PragmaticPlay, Hacksaw, etc. In this case, I will publish the matter on YouTube and enable other affected players to join in the claim.

For me, this is not only illegal gambling but also fraud. Why don't they block players from the countries in question or prevent them from registering (see Robert, Stake, etc.)?

Ich habe mich bei dem Casino am 18.07.24 angemeldet - hierbei war mir der Besuch der Website aus Deutschland (ohne VPN), das Registrieren, das Ein- und Auszahlen sowie das Spielen möglich.

Nach dem Airdrop2 bei Shuffle wollte ich den KYC Prozess durchführen um eine höhere Auszahlung zu erhalten. Hierbei zeigte es mir an „Wir akzeptieren keine Spieler aus Deutschland" (siehe Anhang1).

Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt habe ich bereits über 450T€ umgesetzt. Ich habe sofort den Support kontaktiert und um Aufklärung / Stellungnahme gebeten sowie den Nachweis der für Deutschland benötigten Glücksspiellizenz nach GlüStV 2021. Ich habe Shuffle mitgeteilt, dass eine Glücksspiel-Lizenz benötigt wird - um den Service in Deutschland zur Verfügung zu stellen (dies war mir ja möglich diesen zu nutzen / ohne Einschränkungen). Außerdem habe ich Shuffle mitgeteilt, dass bei einem „illegalen" Angebot die Geschäftsbedingungen / AGB etc. nach deutschem Recht ungültig sind.

Nach 3 Erinnerungen habe ich gestern zwei Antworten erhalten. Eine mit einer Verlinkung zu einer Lizenz in Curacao sowie einen Verweis auf die Geschäftsbedingungen, dass Spielern aus Deutschland das Nutzen untersagt ist und ich diese Bedingungen bestätigt habe. (Siehe Anhänge). 

Ich frage nach einer DEUTSCHEN Lizenz und erhalte einen Nachweis für eine Lizenz in Curacao?!

Ich mache darauf aufmerksam, dass ohne Lizenz die AGB etc. in Deutschland ungültig sind und es wird auf diese verwiesen?!

Trotz Anfrage wurde mir eine Übersicht aller Ein- und Auszahlungen bisher nicht übermittelt (daher Schätzung 20.000€).

Ich fordere daher von Shuffle umgehend den Ausgleich meiner entstandenen Verluste. Oder einen akzeptablen Vergleich / Einigung.

Ich bitte das Team von Casino-Guru hier zu vermitteln. Andererseits sehe ich mich gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte gegen das Casino, die Zahlungsanbieter und auch gegen die Spieleanbieter wie PragmaticPlay, Hacksaw etc. vorzugehen . In diesem Fall werde ich die Angelegenheit auf YouTube veröffentlichen und anderen betroffenen Spielern ermöglichen sich an der Forderung zu beteiligen.

Für mich handelt es sich hierbei nicht nur um illegales Glücksspiel sondern auch um Betrug. Warum blockt man Spieler aus den betreffenden Ländern nicht oder lässt ein registrieren nicht zu (siehe Robert, Stake etc.)?

No, the account was not verified. Registration, deposits and withdrawals worked just fine...that's why I was so surprised when I wanted to do KYC and it said "we do not accept players from Germany.

That's why I requested the German license, whereupon I was given a link to the license in Curacao.

I therefore assume that there is no German gambling license and that the offer is therefore illegal. According to German law, the terms and conditions etc. are therefore invalid.

I sent the casino a claim for damages today with a "settlement offer" to compensate at least 25% of my losses - so far without a response.

I'm actually considering publishing this/your answer - because it is not only outrageous but also legally incorrect - and has NOTHING to do with supporting the players.

The casino that offers gambling in Germany needs a license:

Organising or brokering without this permission (illegal gambling) is prohibited" (see in particular Section 4 Paragraphs 1 and 5 of the State Treaty on Gambling 2021 - GlüStV 2021 -).

If the casino does NOT have a license, access to the website (eg like Roobet) or registration (like Stake) MUST be restricted. Neither of these is the case with Shuffle.

Since the casino does not have a German or EU license, the offer is therefore illegal! The player is NOT responsible for this - this is NONSENSE and WRONG - if the offer is available to the player without restrictions, the player must assume that the provider complies with ALL legal regulations (because in principle gambling is not prohibited in Germany)

Bietet das Casino seinen Dienst illegal an (was bei Shuffle offensichtlich der Fall ist) - sind ALLE Geschäftsbedingungen / Bedingungen etc. ungültig - hierfür gibt es deutsche Urteile (auch andere EU Länder).

Somit sind ALLE getätigten Vereinbarungen, Verträge auch Wetten / Spiele ungültig!

AUCH wenn ich diese bestätigt habe - sind die AGB sind ungültig / nichtig.

Das Casino weiß, dass es über keine benötigte Lizenz verfügt - bietet Spielern aus Deutschland dennoch uneingeschränkt die Möglichkeit zur Anmeldung, Ein- und Auszahlung etc. - selbst nach dem Shuffle mir per Email geschrieben hat, dass "....man keine Spieler aus Deutschland akzeptiert..." ist mein Account uneingeschränkt geöffnet und verfügbar.

Das ist vorsätzlicher Betrug!

Auch die Zahlungsdienstleister, Spieleanbieter / Provider (wie PragmaticPlay) etc. sind hier haftbar zu machen, da diese den Betrug offenbar unterstützen, dulden oder nicht kontrollieren!
