So like some other posts here. The site went to good, to much worse after the redesign/rebrand. You can't see how much you've left to wager anymore, and therefore I contacted support. They tell me all good to go, so I convert the in-site currency to crypto to be able to withdraw, all good so far. Then a few days goes by, it's still being processed. I contact them once a day to check up on why it's taking such long time, they tell me it's being processed by their finance department and will be done soon in a couple of days.
