Dear Sir or Madam, since the casino probably won't contact me again, I must now turn to you in this case as well.

The problem is that the casino reduced my winnings of €10,681 to €500 of my deposit. The reason given was that I played above the maximum bet of €5.

I explained to the casino what happened when I tried to use the bonus, but they haven't contacted me yet. I don't think it's right or unfair that my winnings were canceled, because I didn't do anything wrong. But explaining the situation in a way that people can understand will be difficult. I'll try anyway.

I won with the bonus money and wagered it on the slot "Book of Seth Xtreme." While I was on a high win of €2,838, I accidentally clicked the risk/gamble button.

But then I clicked "Collect" and only took the €2,838. If I had gambled, I would have received either €0 or double the winnings. Even though I canceled the gamble, the game history now showed that I had bet €2,838 and then won €2,838. Which is absolutely not true, and I tried to explain this to the casino, but as I said, they didn't get back to me.

I will not give up my winnings because the history is simply not correct and represents something that is not true and cannot be true if you look at the receipts I have and also know how the game works that I used to implement it.

Unfortunately, the system is acting up. I can't upload any pictures right now. But I'll try in the next step. I have pictures of the email, the game before and after winning €2,838, and a screenshot of the game progress, where you can see that it says my stake was €2,838.

My total winnings were €11,798. If I had gambled after accidentally pressing the button, I would have either won €14,636 or returned to €9,059 , as before the win, because a gamble would have either doubled my winnings if I had won or completely reset them to zero if I had lost.

So the math doesn't add up and my winnings were taken away from me for no reason.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren. Da das Casino sich bei mir wohl nicht mehr melden wird, muss ich mich nun auch in diesem Fall an Euch wenden.

Das Problem ist, dass das Casino mir meinen Gewinn von 10681€ auf 500€ der Einzahlung zurück gestuft hat. Die Begründung lautet, das ich über den maximalen Einsatz von 5€ gespielt habe.

Ich habe dem Casino erklärt, was geschehen ist, als ich versucht habe den Bonus umzusetzen, aber sie haben sich bis heute nicht bei mir gemeldet. Ich finde es nicht richtig und unfair, dass mein Gewinn annulliert wurde, denn ich habe nichts falsch gemacht. Die Situation nun aber so zu erklären, dass man sie versteht wird schwer. Ich werde es dennoch versuchen.

Ich habe mit dem Bonusgeld gewonnen und mit dem Slot "Book of Seth Xtreme" umgesetzt. Dabei bin ich bei einem hohen Gewinn von 2838€ aus versehen auf den Risiko/Gambling Button gekommen.

Ich habe dann aber auf "Einsammeln gedrückt" und lediglich die 2838€ mitgenommen. Hätte ich gegamblet, hätte ich entweder 0€ oder das doppelte des Gewinnes erhalten. Obwohl ich den Gamble abgebrochen habe, stand im Spielverlauf nun dass ich 2838€ gesetzt hatte und dann 2838€ gewonnen habe. Was ja absolut nicht stimmt und das habe ich auch versucht dem Casino zu erklären, welche sich aber wie gesagt nicht bei mir gemeldet haben.

Ich werde nicht auf meinen Gewinn verzichten, weil der Verlauf einfach nicht korrekt ist und etwas darstellt was nicht stimmt und auch gar nicht stimmen kann, wenn man sich die Belege anschaut die ich habe und auch weiß, wie das Spiel funktioniert, mit dem ich umgesetzt hatte.

Leider spinnt das System. Ich kann aktuell keine Bilder hochladen. Versuche es aber im nächsten Step. Ich habe Bilder der Email, des Spieles vor dem Gewinn der 2838€ und danach und einen Screenshot vom Spielverlauf, indem man sehen kann, dass dort steht dass mein Einsatz 2838€ gewesen sei.

Ich hatte einen Gesamtgewinn von 11798€. hätte ich den Gamble gemacht, nachdem ich da aus versehen rauf gedrückt habe , hätte ich entweder einen Gewinn von 14636€, oder wieder 9059€ wie vor dem Gewinn, weil ein Gamble den Gewinn entweder verdoppelt hätte, wenn ich gewonnen hätte, oder komplett auf null gesetzt, wenn ich verloren hätte.

Demnach geht die Rechnung nicht auf und mir wurde der Gewinn grundlos weggenommen.
