Hey, I'm sorry you're in this situation. Can I ask what's going on and why the casino doesn't want to pay you? Did they tell you anything specific about what caused this situation? How long have you been waiting? 

Am I right in understanding that you still have the money in your gaming account, or did they take it all and you have nothing left?

Hi Yaroslav. IT was still in my account this morning but now it seems I've been locked out of my account. I took screenshots of all communication between them and myself and can forward it to you if needed. I've jumped through every hoop they asked me to and everytime it's a new story. The latest being I need to deposit 600 dollars to reach silver VIP status before I can withdraw because my account reached 30000 dollars at some stage during registration. This is not true and after asking for proof of this on numerous occasions, no proof has been provided simply because 8 know it doesn't exist....

Hmm, if you have done everything the casino has asked you to do and still nothing has happened, you cannot get your money, and you have even been blocked, I would recommend filing a complaint.

The casino has a relatively high safety index, which is why I'm surprised that this is happening. They also ask for a relatively high deposit, which is not very common.  

So I would try what I said about filing a complaint, and hopefully we can achieve our common goal, which is to resolve everything fairly.

To be honest, I don't see it as a scam. Sometimes you just don't win, even if you bet $100. That's casino. But based on that, I wouldn't say the casino is a scam.

Jag hade 50 free spins på mitt konto utan några pengar på kontot, tydligen var det free spins-bonusarna från insättningen jag hade gjort. Jag började spela, jag förlorade 2300 euro, de skickade mig att omsättningen av free spins var slutförd och plötsligt försvann de 2000 euro och satte bara in 300 på mitt konto som bonus.

De gav mig 50 gratissnurr, jag loggade in på mitt konto och började spela, jag vann 2300 euro med dessa gratissnurr, men 300 euro krediterades mitt konto om jag hade slut på tid, som man brukar säga, hur krediterades de 300???

It's all very confusing, and each side is saying something different. 

Do you have a record of the bonus you used somewhere in your bonus history? How long did you have to fulfill it? Did you ask the casino how it's possible that they let you keep some of the winnings from this bonus when you didn't fulfill it?
