Objavljujem ovu recenziju kako bih što detaljnije dokumentovao situaciju koja mi se dogodila u Razed Casino-u i upozorio druge igrače.
Igram u ovom kazinu skoro godinu dana, sada je decembar, i učestvovao sam u njihovim promocijama: Advent Božić, Božićne karte, VIP dopuna, Dnevno dopuna, Mesečni bonus, Ispuštanje kodova. Nisam dobio sve ove bonuse „tek tako" — svaki od njih je zahtevao depozite, aktivnost i ispunjavanje uslova. Danas, 02.12.2025, moj nalog je blokiran bez mogućnosti oporavka. Ovog meseca je trebalo da dobijem otprilike 2.000 dolara samo od BONUSA na koje imam pravo. Takođe je nepoznato šta će se desiti sa promocijom nagradnih karata.
I baš kada je došlo vreme za sve glavne troškove, kazino mi je iznenada zatvorio nalog na mesec dana, pozivajući se na „odgovorno igranje". Nisam ostavio nikakve zahteve za samoograničenje, niti sam dobio ikakva upozorenja. Blokada je nametnuta jednostrano, u trenutku maksimalnog profita za kazino i maksimalnog gubitka za mene.
Svi bonusi koje sam zaradio kroz svoje depozite i aktivnosti su potpuno izgubljeni.
Podrška ne pruža bonus transfere, kompenzacije, pa čak ni jasno objašnjenje. Odgovori su formulisani, izbegavajući i potpuno irelevantni za stvarnu situaciju. Čini se da sve dok uplaćujete novac, menadžeri pokazuju „povećanu brigu" i aktivno promovišu promocije. Ali kada dođe vreme da ispune svoje obaveze, „briga za dobrobit igrača" počinje da deluje i pristup nalogu nestaje.
Po mom mišljenju, ovakav stav pokazuje izuzetno nizak nivo transparentnosti, iskrenosti i odgovornosti prema igračima. Čini se da mehanizmi bonusa funkcionišu samo dok su profitabilni za kazino, a kada dođe vreme za isplatu, račun se blokira.
Verujem da je važno javno zabeležiti ovaj slučaj i upozoriti druge igrače: budite izuzetno oprezni. Vaši bonusi, vaša aktivnost, pa čak i vaš nalog mogu nestati u bilo kom trenutku pod formalnim izgovorom, bez objašnjenja i bez ikakve stvarne podrške.

I am publishing this review to document in as much detail as possible the situation that happened to me at Razed Casino and to warn other players.
I have been playing at this casino for almost a year, it is now December, and I have participated in their promotions: Advent Xmas, Xmas Tickets, VIP Reload, Daily Reload, Monthly Bonus, Code Drops. I did not receive all these bonuses "just like that" — each of them required deposits, activity, and fulfillment of conditions. Today, 02.12.2025, my account has been blocked without the possibility of recovery. This month, I was supposed to receive approximately $2,000 just from the BONUSES I am entitled to. It is also unknown what will happen with the prize ticket promotion.
And just when it was time for all the main accruals, the casino suddenly closed my account for a month, citing "responsible gaming." I did not leave any requests for self-restriction, nor did I receive any warnings. The block was imposed unilaterally, at the moment of maximum profit for the casino and maximum loss for me.
All the bonuses I earned through my deposits and activity were completely lost.
Support does not provide bonus transfers, compensation, or even a clear explanation. The answers are formulaic, evasive, and completely irrelevant to the real situation. It seems that as long as you deposit money, the managers show "increased care" and actively promote promotions. But when the time comes to fulfill their obligations, "concern for the player's well-being" kicks in and access to the account disappears.
In my opinion, this attitude demonstrates an extremely low level of transparency, honesty, and responsibility towards players. It seems that the bonus mechanisms only work as long as they are profitable for the casino, and when it comes time to pay out, the account is blocked.
I believe it is important to publicly record this case and warn other players: be extremely careful. Your bonuses, your activity, and even your account can disappear at any moment under a formal pretext, without explanation and without any real support.
