The Sharks selects Hollywoodbets as new title sponsor

Leading sports betting operator Hollywoodbets announced a new sponsorship agreement with the South African professional rugby union team, The Sharks. The sponsorship, building upon an agreement between the duo dating back to 2019, designated the sports betting operator as the team's title sponsor. The latest title sponsorship complements Hollywoodbets' naming rights for the famous Hollywoodbets Kings Park stadium.

As a title sponsor of The Sharks, the betting operator will benefit from increased exposure. Hollywoodbets' logo will be displayed at the front and back of The Sharks' jerseys from the 2023/2024 rugby season. The sports betting operator will benefit from exposure via the team's jerseys for all competitions and the new jerseys will be available starting from this October.

The recent sponsorship agreement with The Sharks further solidifies Hollywoodbets' leadership position within the sports vertical in South Africa. At the same time, the agreement seeks to help promote further South African sports around the globe and support it as well.

Finally, Coetzee said that the team is looking forward to the success the new sponsorship will bring to the duo.
