Sportradar made an exciting announcement earlier in the week, confirming that the data specialist has extended its partnership with Betway, a Super Group-owned brand.

The companies are effectively going to work together insofar as sports data and technology is concerned and elevate the experience for consumers interested in placing a wager on the outcome of sporting events.

Betway will now benefit from Sportradar’s dedicated ad:s and Audio Visual (AV) services provided by Sportradar, which have been enjoying global success but will now be leveraged at one of the biggest and most respected sports betting companies directly.

Ad;s is a multi-channel performance marketing tool and Sportradar’s AV services bring an outstanding library of live-streaming sports content. There are some 400,000 live sports events each year provided through the latter solution that will now be integrated with Betway, enabling consumers to access them as well.

The events covered by Sportradar’s AV include prominent competitions such as NBA, NHL, MLB, Spain’s Copa del Rey, Bundesliga, and many more events. Betway CEO Anthony Werkman welcomed the opportunity and said that the company was really excited to be working with Sportradar.

The new partnership further strengthens Betway’s ability to provide excellent and engaging products to its customers across a fleet of devices, channels, and platforms. Sportradar was similarly pleased with the opportunity revealed therein.

Company CCO Ed Blonk said that the intelligence-driven technology behind Sportradar’s products gave the firm a deeper understanding of the sports industry that enables it to assist global behemoths such as Betway to attract new customers and engage in multiple ways.

"By creating an enhanced, highly personal experience for customers, sportsbooks are now able to differentiate their offering to establish loyalty, drive growth and be distinctive in an increasingly competitive environment," Blonk explained detailing the benefits operators reaped by collaborations with Sportradar.

The company has been all over the news in recent weeks and months. In December, Sportradar introduced an Athlete Wellbeing educational video, indicative of the company’s involvement in better sports on all levels. It was again in December that Sportradar finally obtained a license in Ohio, the latest of Sportradar’s US expansions.

Sportradar similarly announced a collaboration with Tally Technology, seeking to further boost engagement opportunities for fans and partner businesses. The latest partnership expansion with Betway does not exclude the continued provision of advanced Sportradar betting solutions, such as Live Odds, Pre-match Odds, Live Data, and Bet Entertainment Tools, among others.

All of these solutions help Betway better engage with its players and bring sports fans the experience they deserve.
