The global provider of betting content, Sports Information Services (SIS), announced an important partnership extension on Monday. The company revealed that it extended its agreement with Asociación de Hipodromos Españoles, Spain's leading horse racing organization.

Under the terms of the new partnership extension, SIS will continue to cover more than 500 horse races annually from the country. Per the new partnership extension, the company will ensure the competitiveness of its Live Racing offering, bringing engaging races to its customers across the globe.

The latest activation will see SIS continue to broadcast races from Spain's popular racetracks, including Son Pardo Y Manacor, Pineda, Sanlúcar, San Sebastian, Hipódromo de La Zarzuela and Dos Hermanas. Moreover, SIS will continue to cover contests within the 90-day meeting calendar for the San Sebastian Gold Cup and the Gran Premio de Madrid.

The latest agreement complements the wide range of betting opportunities offered by SIS. Moreover, the collaboration brings a range of round-the-clock betting opportunities to the company's operator partners.

Rafael Marquez Ojea, the Asociación de Hipodromos Españoles' President, commented on the topic in a statement. He explained that the racing organization initially joined forces with SIS back in 2019. Ojea added that ever since the first collaboration, the company proved to be an important partner for the Asociación de Hipodromos Españoles. Finally, the President outlined: "Extending our partnership with SIS made strategic sense as we look to further strengthen our presence within the global betting industry and ensure greater visibility for our compelling schedule of races."

Conall McSorley, the Head of Racing at SIS, was just as thrilled about the latest activation. "The Spanish market is very important to SIS, and horse racing from across the country has been an integral part of our live racing offering as it has grown in quality," he explained. Finally, McSorley outlined: "To renew our agreement for a further three years underlines how much we value the top-class racing throughout the year and is consistent with our mission to bring operators and their customers the widest range of betting opportunities from around the world."

Thanks to the latest agreement, SIS' horse racing library has expanded to more than 35,000 annual events. The strategic deal follows other important collaborations recently that saw the addition of premium fixtures from Poland, as well as Korea.
