Oosto, the world-leading company that provides AI-powered intelligence solutions, announced a new collaboration with one of the largest US tribal casino owners and operators, the Muscogee Nation Gaming Enterprises.

On Monday, the company revealed that it joined forces with the Tribal operator to boost the protection of its flagship venue River Spirit Casino and Resort located in Oklahoma. As a result of the new deal, the company introduced its leading face recognition software boosting the venue's security.

Currently, the River Spirit Casino caters to approximately 10,000 guests every day. The 200,000 square feet space of the venue undoubtedly creates a need for a solid security solution.

According to Oosto, the venue needs an operational advantage when "managing the identification of bad actors in real-time and under various levels of lighting, occlusions, and face coverings." This is a prime reason why River Spirit Casino selected Oosto as the company to power its cameras with a face recognition solution.

The venue's security team concluded that implementing facial recognition technology will bring multiple benefits such as a repeal of thefts and fraud and boosting the casino's reputation. At the same time, facial recognition software can help the venue comply with regulations and leverage video footage for investigative purposes.

Under the terms of the new deal, the venue implemented Oosto's leading solution OnWatch. The innovative solution strengthens security measures by recognizing potential threats in real-time. If such a threat is identified the solution alerts the security teams. This helps the operator prevent potential entries from individuals who are banned or self-excluded. In addition, the solution allows the security teams to track the activity of such individuals without disrupting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Adi Nativ, Oosto's Chief Revenue Officer, commented in a statement released on October 24, 2022, saying: "We were really excited to demonstrate how much value Oosto's vision AI could provide to Muscogee Nation Gaming Enterprises in support of their very busy security team."

He added that Oosto completed testing against other facial recognition solutions from different providers and in the end, the company's solution always proved to be the better one, especially when it comes to situations "in the wild."

According to Nativ, Oosto's solution stands out with unrivaled speed and accuracy when detecting. In conclusion, he pointed out: "So we couldn't wait to help elevate River Spirit Casino's operations to a new level. We truly value their trust in us."

Travis Thompson, Muscogee Gaming Nation's Director of Compliance, added that Oosto's solution eased the process when it comes to detecting and identifying security threats. He revealed that once a casino visitor is banned, their profile is added to Oosto's solution. This allows the system to actively search and flag if that patron is detected. Finally, Thompson said: "We know that we're keeping the right people out and I think that makes our players more comfortable."
