Two Hard Rock venues recognized for live entertainment excellence

The global hospitality, gaming and live entertainment company, Hard Rock International (HRI), announced it secured two recognitions from the Newsweek Top 10 Readers' Choice Best Casinos with Live Entertainment in the US.

Newsweek recognizes Hard Rock for excellence in live entertainment

The announcement came on Friday last week, with HRI confirming that one of its premier venues in Florida and one in California made it to the prestigious list.

Notably, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain in Yuba County, California, made it to the Newsweek Top 10 Readers' Choice Best Casinos with Live Entertainment list, taking the reputable first place.

Equally as important was the recognition of HRI's Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

The South Florida premier entertainment venue also made it to the list, taking fifth position.

Hard Rock Live at Hard Rock Hotel Casino Sacramento is a state-of-the-art music and entertainment venue capable of hosting different events, including social and charity gatherings, live music entertainment and even MMA and boxing fights.

The entertainment venue opened back in June 2022 and has since hosted a staggering 184 shows, selling 310,857 tickets.

On the other hand, Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood is a go-to premier entertainment destination for South Florida.

The venue represents a mind-blowing $125m investment and has a 7,000-person capacity.

Recognizable bands that have performed at Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood include Guns N' Roses, Metallica, The Rolling Stones, and Billy Joel, among others.

Hard Rock is proud and humbled to secure two spots on the prestigious list

Keith Sheldon, HRI and Seminole Gaming's President of Entertainment and Brand, shared his excitement on the matter in a statement.

"As a leader in hospitality and entertainment, these recognitions speak to Hard Rock's commitment to hosting world-class live performances throughout all of our hotels and casinos," he revealed.

Finally, Sheldon said: "We are proud of the fact that our guests can expect incredible entertainment experiences whenever they visit any of our properties around the globe."

Randy Maddocks, Hard Rock Live Sacramento's Director of Entertainment, added: "We are humbled that the public voted for Hard Rock Live Sacramento to take the #1 spot in this year's Top 10."

Late last month, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tejon strengthened its team with the appointment of Chris Kelley as President.

Bringing decades of experience, the executive is expected to play a key role in the development and growth of HRI's venue in Kern County, California.
