The leading provider of solutions supercharging the gambling sector, Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), announced a new partnership extension with California's premier hospitality, entertainment and casino destination, Black Oak Casino & Resort. Announced earlier this week, the new collaboration sees QCI agree to provide its technology and solutions.

The deal builds upon the success of the delivery of the QCI Enterprise Platform and thanks to the latest collaboration, Black Oak will benefit from the QCI Power Pack and Events modules. The innovative technology is expected to increase the profitability of the venue while at the same time, elevating visitor satisfaction.

QCI's technology leverages data and analytics that help streamline casino operations. Moreover, the platform helps predict guest preferences with the overall goal of creating unique and memorable experiences for visitors of the premier casino and entertainment resort. Leveraging the QCI Power Pack and Events modules grants Black Oak the technological power to complete those goals and further solidify its position as a leading entertainment destination in the region.

Andrew Cardno, QCI's CTO, commented on the topic in a statement. He said: "We are deeply honored to continue our relationship with Black Oak Casino & Resort." Last but not least, Cardno pointed out: "Their forward-thinking approach and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences align perfectly with our mission at QCI. Together, we aim to set new benchmarks in the industry."

Black Oak is located near the famous Yosemite National Park and it is currently owned and operated by The Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians. The casino resort offers supreme entertainment with its 22 table games, high-limit, as well as smoke-free areas.

Moreover, Black Oak offers more than 1,100 slot machines, as well as a variety of dining and bar options. Further amenities include 148 luxury hotel rooms and suites and a heated saline pool. Black Oak also has an RV Park that offers catch-and-release fishing entertainment, a dog park, as well as a clubhouse with a spa and pool.

Danielle Chapel, Black Oak's Director of Marketing, revealed that the venue is delighted to extend its partnership with QCI. "Our collaboration with QCI has been nothing short of transformative," she added. Additionally, Chapel pointed out: "The QCI Enterprise Platform has already delivered tangible results, enhancing our operational efficiency and guest engagement."

She added that Black Oak will be delighted to leverage the company's Power Pack and Events modules. Last but not least, Chapel predicted that this groundbreaking technology will help boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
