PremierBet extends and renews existing deal with BtoBet

BtoBet, a business-to-business (B2B) provider of sportsbook platforms and iGaming technology and NeoGames subsidiary, renewed and extended its existing partnership with PremierBet, a leading pan-African operator. The announcement about the partnership extension emerged Tuesday. Thanks to the new multi-year deal, PremierBet will continue to benefit from BtoBet's leading solutions and tools.

Initially, the duo joined forces back in 2017. At the time, BtoBet agreed to power the operator's entry into 23 different jurisdictions in Africa. Consequently, PremierBet accessed the company's high-powered sportsbook that is proven to deliver engaging and entertaining betting experiences for sports fans and bettors alike. Additionally, the operator tapped into BtoBet's leading tools.

Focusing on the latest partnership extension, a spokesman for PremierBet commented in a statement: "We are pleased to continue our journey with BtoBet, a partnership that has brought huge success for our brand as we seek to reinforce our position in Africa."

The spokesperson explained that the company's collaboration with BtoBet delivered a unique product, enabling it to establish itself as a leading brand on the market. Finally, PremierBet's spokesperson said: "This agreement is an important building block in our long-term strategy to deliver an optimal player experience, and we are excited to continue to work closely with BtoBet to evolve the partnership."

Dima Reiderman, BtoBet's Managing Director, was similarly excited about the multi-year cooperation with PremierBet. He said: "We are proud to have cemented this partnership extension, and that BtoBet will keep on supporting PremierBet as they further expand their presence and strengthen their position as the leading operator in Africa."

Last but not least, Reiderman noted: "BtoBet is a partner which is trusted to provide cutting-edge and flexible sportsbook technology that will unlock brands' potential, and it is with great pleasure to have this recognized by such a leader as PremierBet."

Earlier this year, NeoGames' subsidiary celebrated an important approval, allowing it to expand its global footprint. In January, BtoBet confirmed that it secured regulatory approval from the gambling regulator in Ontario, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). This marked an important achievement for the company as it paved the way for its expansion in Canada's most-populous province.

At the time of the announcement, NeoGames President, Tsachi Maimon, praised the secured regulatory approval from the AGCO. He deemed it an "important milestone" for BtoBet on its way to expanding within the North American region. "This approval underscores BtoBet’s exemplary track record in compliance, and we are excited to be in a position to deliver our market-leading sportsbook technology to customers in Ontario," said Maimon in conclusion.
