Continent 8 Technologies hires two Regional Sales Directors

The leading provider of global managed hosting, cloud, connectivity and security services for the gambling industry, Continent 8 Technologies, enjoyed a strong start to the year by announcing two senior-level appointments. The company said Tuesday it hired the services of Nigel Renouf and Randy J. Alessio.

Joining Continent 8 Technologies, the duo will hold the positions of Regional Sales Directors. The leading provider of hosting solutions and technologies explained that Renouf and Alessio will play strategic roles in the company's ongoing expansion.

Primarily, Continent 8 Technologies plans to expand internationally to major markets in the Americas and Europe. This is precisely where the duo's expertise will come in handy, considering that each of the new Regional Sales Directors brings decades of experience. Strengthening its commercial team, Continent 8 Technologies said it plans to keep the positive momentum into 2023 and beyond.

In a statement released on January 10, 2023, Continent 8 Technologies' Chief Commercial Officer, Brian B. Koh, shared his excitement saying: "Randy and Nigel are extremely experienced, knowledgeable specialists." He outlined that by hiring the two, the company strengthens its commercial team and delivers fresh talent at the same time.

Koh added that although Continent 8 Technologies plans to expand further, the company remains committed to delivering the best services for its clients. Finally, the Chief Commercial Officer pointed out: "Randy and Nigel will help us to achieve both of these goals."

Renouf has more than 15 years of experience within the IT vertical after being a part of leading companies around the globe. He has experience in security solutions for iGaming and Fintech industries, as well as multi-jurisdictional hosting, among other important IT subsectors.

On the other hand, Alessio brings more than 25 years of experience in sales. His professional tenure includes leadership-level positions with globally recognized firms. Before joining Continent 8 Technologies, Alessio helped deliver cloud solutions for leading companies and played a pivotal role in those processes.
