Casino Guru shortlisted for GamingTECH Awards 2025 in Best Support for Responsible Gambling

Casino Guru is proud to announce that the company has been shortlisted for the prestigious GamingTECH Awards 2025 in the Best Support for Responsible Gambling category.

The nomination positions Casino Guru side-by-side with a number of other trailblazers and dedicated companies that have championed responsible gambling in different capacities and are unmistakably the industry’s best.

A final vote is due to take place on March 25 at the Prague Gaming & TECH Summit, where the participants of the event will cast their votes and determine the winner. The winner will then be announced during the special GamingTECH CEE Awards Ceremony on the same day.

Casino Guru has been a long-standing champion of Responsible Gambling, as evidenced by the company’s actions over the years.

Apart from providing players with a robust Safety Index that guides them to the best online casinos in the industry, Casino Guru has applied itself to a range of activities designed to specifically strengthen safe play.

The company launched the ambitious Global Self-Exclusion Initiative (GSEI) led by Šimon Vincze, Head of Sustainable and Safer Gambling at Casino Guru, who is himself a member of the Board of Directors of the International Gambling Counsel Certification Board.

GSEI is part of a much larger platform powered by Casino Guru, Gamtegrity, which seeks to make gambling safer and more transparent.

The company has similarly launched a Self-Exclusion Standards Project, another concentrated effort to unify self-exclusion practices globally and simplify the process for both players and operators.

This initiative seeks to standardize procedures across jurisdictions that can lead to an enhanced self-exclusion process.

Apart from this, Casino Guru has worked on projects such as the Casino Guru Academy, aimed at educating iGaming professionals, with a particular focus on the best practices in customer services, casino bonuses, and notably safer gambling.

To further consolidate its standing in the industry as a champion of responsible gambling, Casino Guru has teamed up with BetBlocker, a self-exclusion company that localizes its tools and solutions in target languages of groups of people who are the most at-risk of developing a problem with gambling.

Casino Guru has similarly concluded its Gamalyze campaign in collaboration with MindwayAI, another nominee in the Best Support for Responsible Gambling category for the GamingTECH Awards 2025.

Most notably, Casino Guru has launched the prestigiousCasino Guru Awards format, focusing on transparency, accountability, and responsible gambling at their heart.

A significant focus of the initiative is championing specific practices by casinos that protect consumers, such as The Most Impactful Social Responsibility Initiative, The Best Implementation of RG Tools, The Fairest General T&Cs and many others.
