Och nu behandlade han mig lite oförskämt och kan inte vänta på några bevisgrejer i mer än 2 dagar då jag väntat många gånger. Finns det någon annan som kan recensera den? För det var en del osäkra saker, men han var inte öppen eller hade tålamod. Jag förstod inte så tydligt vad som hände eftersom det verkar vara en väldigt bra sida för datan och med ett väldigt förtydligat system och då fanns det inget intresse för sanningen längre. Han visste allt han vill veta. Tack.

Hello everyone,


I wanted to anounce one of the biggest scam i have yet recieved - 3500$ aprox.

After wining and wagering the 35x requirenent they invoke that i have bets over 5euros. How convenient is this. I breached their terms. When i lose my money go instantly. When i win constant blocking of the amounts, long withdrawal time and so on. Support closed chat and clksed my account after i told them i will send a letter to curcao gaming administration. Thist adminsitration is very unreliable from what i have heard. Next step is to sue. If anyone has experienced bs from this idiots please reply to this thread.

The problem is not only this. They have closed my account after contacting them to resolve the isuee or give some explination. The 5eur bet limit wasn t on the promotional email i recieved, there were other terms. It s an abuse to not mention that this bets will make your bonus useles. They could ve disabled my bonus from the start and when i placed my first over 5euro bet. Not after I won.

It is always really important to read the rules of every bonus but also the general bonus rules, where this should always be written.

May I ask if you are aware of violating the max bet, though? Or did it maybe happen by mistake?

It can essily be interpreted in their favour. If the bonus has no value if the bet is over 5eur they should ve just canceled the bonus and not let me gamble with the bonus momey anymore.

However, it seems that the bets over 5euro don t count to the wager requirement. Nor overall.


Also what is inexplicable is their treatment. Account closed for a player that s been active for 2 years because he contacted support demanding info? Support inhumane and rude.

I was trying to withdraw, and i they asked me verification. I sent my ID, ok, i made the video selfie verification, ok, then i sent a electricity invoice and suddenly they sent me email saying they close my account and confiscate my funds. This is crazy!!!!

They give me no reason, they say nothing just that.

I broke no rule, this is the first time it happens to me. Really is insane.


Run away from this MAFIA and not ever register here.

So it was a good step that you filed a complaint and our team will try to find out more. 

However, are you aware of anything you might have broken? When you did the video verification, I wonder if there was something that could have triggered a wave of disbelief in the cassia. Were you playing with a bonus or not?

i already fullfilled a complaint.

i did nothing wrong, they dont even are able to tell what term i broke, is totally crazy!

they just took from me around 800€ for absolutely no reason


i want everyone to see that THEY ARE A MAFIA and prevent them to register from this website

Luckyblock are liars. They told me my account was activated for logins and withdrawals, and then they wrote back a day later and told me it would remain blocked. They're playing with users. Be careful! I should have a 0 rating.

Yes, I lost it because they kept my money. I don't want to hear from that casino anymore. I hope other people don't register at this casino and you can lower this casino's rating. I'm tired of so much injustice.
