I've had nothing but issues with 1red. Cancelled withdrawals blaming my bank which after checking was untrue. Poor customer service with no answers and generic responses. And currently a crypto deposit has not been credited, issue raised with customer service and information provided yet no answers citing workload. I asked for their licensing information and told it is not available. Please be cautious if thinking about using 1red.

I initially withdraw 1000 pound which i did actually recieve after 14 days .. since then I had been waiting 16 days for 400 and 14 days for another 1000 ... they have now cancelled my 400 request so im now having to wait again and im on day 16 for the 1000 which I strongly suspect will cancel also ..
The support staff do not hold any information of your account and on account issues ask for screen shots .. refuse to give you answers regarding terms and conditions and just state all information can be found on the website and dont give you any status on your withdrawal other than use a scripted response and the same goes for e mail support.. I raised a formal complaint which was instantly dismissed with the response of a scripted response also .. my question to 1 red is when am I going to get my money ... and I know they will say its in a queue actively being processed and first come first served and due to checks it sometimes delays things but that isn't the answer I want ... my solicitor is now involved and preparing a case against these crooks

I’m from the UK and registered with GAMSTOP, but 1RED still let me create an account, deposit in GBP, and gamble freely. Every one of my cards has gambling blocks, yet my payments went through because they were processed in a way that didn’t show as gambling transactions.

While I was gambling, I told the live chat several times that I couldn’t deposit any more money. Instead of helping or offering responsible gambling tools, I was pushed to keep depositing, tempted with "bonus" and "free spin" offers if I added more funds. That happened repeatedly.

Eventually, I realised how much I had lost — around £4,600 — and contacted support for a refund. They promised a decision within seven business days but never gave one. Since then, I’ve received nothing but generic replies saying "we’ll let you know."

This is completely unethical and predatory behaviour toward someone clearly showing signs of gambling addiction. I’ve reported the matter to the relevant authorities.

(£1400) 12 days and my withdrawal is rejected/cancelled 7 times and I’m being told to use "an alternative payment method " they have rejected/cancelled all available payment methods for the bank I’ve used to deposit. My account is fully verified and I have had few successful withdrawals so what changed other than the amount of my latest withdrawal is more.
Update: After 20 days I have now successfully received my withdrawal. It was long but I finally did get it so thank you.

Having won a substantial sum. I jumped through hoops to have my account verified. I then requested the mas amount in one go which is £1000 only for it to take over 10 days and then be cancelled due to a technical problem! I strongly advise players to stay away from 1red2.com. This casino operates in a highly suspicious and unethical manner. I deposited funds only after submitting my verification documents and receiving confirmation that my account had been verified. I want to warn everyone about 1Red Casino and their fraudulent behavior. I had €28,000 confiscated from my account, and for 4 months, they kept saying they had "proof" to justify their actions. Till today, they NEVER provided any evidence.

How They Tricked Me & The Complaint Platforms

First, they pretended to cooperate on AskGamblers and Casino Guru forums.

They delayed the case for months, saying they had proof.

In the end, they provided NOTHING and my complaint was marked unresolved.

I won some money here and then it was time to verify.
What a complete joke of a lying casino.
Anyway I verified my account sent what they ask for and get confirmation Im verified.
I make a withdraw and get a email to confirm my withdraw address, button didnt work just sent me to a blank page so I had to contact support. Anyway I managed to confirm my withdraw address but my withdraw cancelled anyway. Support tells me that if I make a withdraw to my bank account it will work but same here cancelled my withdraw. Next time I talk to support they tell me that I have to open a brand new crypto account lol why would that make any difference?? Anyway I made a new crypto account and made a withdraw and what a surprise they cancel again, they tell me to do a smaller amount nzd300 they cancel again! They tell me make a nzd100 withdraw(what a joke of a casino its not even $60) to my suprise they sent me the nzd100, but after that they cancel 3 straight withdraws of nzd100.

Be aware!
The casino pays small amounts (~100€) relatively fast (within a few hours).
But when someone makes a bigger deposit and profits even more, they take days and find excuses to delay the withdrawal. In my case, it's almost 10 days since I requested a withdrawal via BTC, and it still hasn't been sent.
Also; The Daily Limit is 5k, weekly 10k and monthly 30k.
So in every other casino, you can request the withdrawal of 5k, wait 24hours and request a 5k withdrawal again. But not on 1red.
Here, you request a withdrawal, wait for days (if) until they send it to you eventually and THEN YOU WAIT FOR 24 hour before youre allowed to request another withdrawal.
And well, afterward you wait again for days…

So all in all, im not satisfied and will highly likely change to another casino with good withdrawals.

1) You hardly get any bonus rounds or win a thing
2) I saved my password and it turns out I wa logging into three different web addresses to play at the one casino
3) the route deposits through dodgy third party companies that charge you an excess to play
4) They say the deposit has been declined but even if you send bank statements to prove it was taken they refused to refund and close your account
