Još uvek čekam svoj novac
Jedan od uznemirujućih aspekata ponašanja ovih kazina je njihova posvećenost neodgovornom kockanju ili nedostatak istog. Ako vam ponestaje sredstava tokom igre, zamoliće vas da otkažete isplatu i iskoristite ta sredstva, između ostalih lukavih taktika za uplaćivanje još novca, izuzetno je lako skoro pritisnuti dugme za otkazivanje itd. Po mom mišljenju, navođenje igrača da uplaćuju novac nazad, otkažu isplate ili bilo šta slično, umesto da im se dozvoli da uzmu svoje dobitke i koriste ih konstruktivno ili čak nekonstruktivno, jeste oličenje odgovornog kockanja. Ova kompanija je jadna u tome i to je žestoka optužnica za njihov podmukli stav i stav da zarađuju novac po svaku cenu (bez namere za kalamburom).
Ne mogu da podnesem ovaj kazino, u početku sam bio impresioniran što sam pobedio par puta i svidele su mi se igre itd., bonusi su bili dobri i bio sam uzbuđen jer sam čitao o brzim isplatama.
Moje iskustvo je bilo mnogo drugačije, prvo nisu tražili KYC, što je bilo čudno, pretpostavio sam da moraju, stvarno se nadam da nisu koristili moje podatke sa sestrinskog sajta od kog sam se takođe mučio da dobijem svoj novac.
Štaviše, zatražio sam isplatu u sredu, tipično je da su je više puta otkazali, što se desilo nakon toga, iako mi je rečeno da „izgleda dobro sa naše strane i da ćete uskoro imati sredstva na svom računu".
Njihovi uslovi navode isplate u roku od 3 dana, tako da je trebalo da dobijem isplatu u petak, ali očigledno su je otkazali i dali mi sve od sebe. Onda, nakon što su im rekli da se ništa ne može uraditi tokom vikenda jer finansijski tim ne radi vikendom, otkazali su mi isplatu u nedelju ujutru, a zatim su me okrivili govoreći da sam to ja uradio, iako sam zapravo zatvorio pregledač prvi put od srede, tako da imam dokaz da nisam ni bio na sajtu. Ali pošto sam očigledno ja otkazao isplatu, ponovo počinje ceo trodnevni rok za isplatu, što je glupost jer su otkazali bez ikakvog razloga koji vidim, a onda mene kriviti je smešno.
Za još jedan dan će proći nedelja dana od mog zahteva. Agenti za podršku ovde su jedni od najgorih, svaki put dobijam isti generički odgovor tipa „kopiraj i nalepi" i brbljaju o tome da je moje povlačenje pokrenuto u nedelju, a ne u sredu. U jednom trenutku mi daju besplatne okrete, a u sledećem kažu da ne mogu da izdaju besplatne okrete dok je moje povlačenje aktivno, iako sam očigledno imao besplatne okrete koji čekaju da budu iskorišćeni i oni su me izdali.
Zaista mi je teško da shvatim šta se dešava iza kulisa ovde, nikada nema reda za podršku, tako da ne deluju previše zauzeto, ali sam stvarno ljut na to što troše vreme, lažu i svaljuju mi se na to. Onda samo otvoreno odbijaju da ponude bilo kakve konkretne informacije o tome kada bih mogao da vidim svoj novac.
Podrška je takođe rekla da je dan nakon početnog zahteva za isplatu tačno kada treba da započnu proces isplate i to je prema uslovima i odredbama, što je čista laž, uopšte se to ne kaže, ako se implicira zbog toga što zahtev stiže kasno u toku dana, što se prenosi na sledeći dan, onda u redu, ali to nije ono što su rekli, implicitno su lagali i bili su podmukli, a ja ih prezirem.
Oni vas u suštini vređaju i čine da se osećate kao da pogrešno tumačite celu situaciju koja se dešava ispred vašeg lica.
U svakom slučaju, ne mogu da napišem šta zaista osećam prema ovim ljudima, ali drago mi je što su svi imali bolje iskustvo od mene.
Still waiting for my money
One of the more disturbing aspects of this casinos behaviour and that is there commitment to irresponsible gambling or lack thereof. If you are running low on your balance whilst playing, they will prompt you to cancel your withdrawal and use those funds, amongst other sly tactics to pump more money back in, it’s extremely easy to almost press the cancel button as well etc. In my view, getting players to pump money back in, cancel their withdrawals or anything like that, opposed to allowing them to take their winnings and use it constructively or even non-constructively is the epitome of responsible gambling. This company is woeful at it and it’s a ringing indictment on their underhanded and make money at all costs(no pun intended) attitude.
I can’t stand this casino, at first I was impressed I won a couple times and liked the games etc, bonuses were good and I was excited because I read about fast withdrawals.
My experience has been a lot different, first they asked for no KYC which was odd I assumed they had to, I really hope they didn’t use my data from a sister site who I also struggled to get my money from.
More to the point, I requested a withdrawal Wednesday, the typical they cancelled it multiple times occurred after that, even though I was told it "looks good from our end and you will have the funds in your account very soon".
Their terms state payouts within 3 days so I should’ve had my withdrawal Friday, but obviously they cancelled it and gave me the run around. Then after being told there is nothing to be done over the weekend because the finance team don’t work on the weekends. They cancelled my payout Sunday morning then proceeded to blame me and say I did so, even though I had actually closed the browser for the first time since Wednesday and so I have proof I wasn’t even on the site. But because I was apparently the one who cancelled the withdrawal this again starts the whole 3 day time period for payment supposedly which is rubbish because they cancelled for no reason I can see and then to blame me is ridiculous.
Within one more day it will have been a week since my request. The support agents here are some of the worst, I get the same generic copy and paste response everytime and blab on about the fact that my withdrawal was initiated Sunday not Wednesday. One moment they are issuing me free spins the next they are saying they can’t issue free spins whilst I have an active withdrawal occurring, even though I clearly had free spins waiting to be used and was issued by them.
I really struggle to understand what is going on behind the scenes here, there is never a queue for support so they don’t seem that busy but I’m truly pissed off at the time wasting and lying and putting it on to me. Then just a flat out refusal to offer any concrete information about when I may see my money.
Support also said it’s a day after the initial payout request is when they are to start the process for payout and this is per the terms and conditions, which is a flat out lie it doesn’t say this at all, if it’s implied due to the request getting to them late in the day which carries over to thr next then fine but this isn’t what they said, they have implicitly lied and been underhanded and I detest the lot of them.
They essentially gaslight you and make you feel like you are misreading the whole situation that’s going on in front of your face.
Anyway I can’t write what I really feel about these people but glad everyone had a better experience than I
