Zatražio/la sam isplatu od 500 evra iz StoneVegas kazina (stonevegas3.com) 17. oktobra 2025. putem bankovnog transfera.
Moj status isplate je od tog datuma ostao „U pregledu". Moja KYC verifikacija je odavno završena i više puta sam kontaktirao podršku kazina.
Jedini odgovori koje sam dobio bile su generičke poruke u kojima je pisalo da se moj zahtev „obrađuje" i da je finansijsko odeljenje obavešteno. Poslednja poruka od njih bila je 27. oktobra 2025. godine, ali povlačenje još uvek nije obrađeno.
Danas sam im poslao poslednji pisani zahtev tražeći da isplatu izvrše do kraja dana (28. oktobra 2025. godine). Umesto da reše problem, odgovorili su mi rekavši da „pošaljem svoju žalbu [email protected] ", što je ista adresa koju sam već nekoliko puta koristio.
Čini se da ovo nije pravilan postupak za žalbe i verujem da se moj slučaj odlaže bez opravdanja.
Ljubazno molim CasinoGuru da kontaktira kazino i pomogne mi da primim isplatu od 500 evra.

I requested a €500 withdrawal from StoneVegas Casino (stonevegas3.com) on 17 October 2025 via bank transfer.
My withdrawal status has remained at "Under Review" since that date. My KYC verification was completed long ago, and I have contacted the casino’s support multiple times.
The only responses I received were generic messages saying that my request "is being processed" and that the finance department has been informed. The latest message from them was on 27 October 2025, but the withdrawal is still not processed.
Today, I sent them a final written request asking to release the payment by the end of the day (28 October 2025). Instead of resolving the issue, they replied by telling me to "send my complaint to [email protected]", which is the same address I have already used several times.
This does not appear to be a proper complaints process, and I believe my case is being delayed without justification.
I kindly ask CasinoGuru to contact the casino and help me receive my €500 withdrawal.
