Moje povlačenje je odbijeno i rečeno mi je da postoji dnevni limit za povlačenje od 1000 €, što je oko 1700 AUD dolara. Tvrdio sam da dnevni limit nije pomenut u uslovima korišćenja, ali očigledno je da kazino nije briga.
Ponovo sam podneo zahtev za isplatu 1700 AUD 16.09. putem bankovnog transfera, oko 2 dana kasnije su ponovo odbili moj zahtev za isplatu, tvrdeći da nisam uneo BSB broj bankovnog računa. To je smešan izgovor, jer nisam mogao ni da kliknem na dugme za slanje zahteva za isplatu ako nisam uneo BSB broj svog bankovnog računa.
Ponovo sam podneo zahtev za povlačenje 18.09. i osigurao sam da su svi brojevi BSB i računa uneti. Sada je 24.09., moje povlačenje je i dalje u toku, a kazino stalno pronalazi izgovor da me zamoli da sačekam. Nikada nisam čekao nedelju dana da se povlačenje obradi. Neću dozvoliti da se ovako izvuku. Ali zaista vam svima predlažem da izbegavate igranje ovde. Moje iskustvo je užasno. Razmišljam da podnesem žalbu ako i dalje ne dobijem isplatu do kraja ove nedelje.
Hi, I am submitting this review to sincerely ask you all to avoid playing at this Thrill et Casino. I have played and won $4000 AUD. I have submitted required document and got confirmation Email saying my verification process is finished. On the casinos website, it’s terms and conditions stating that there’s a weekly withdrawal limit of €7500 and there’s not daily withdrawal limit, so I have submitted a withdrawal request of $4000AUD. My withdrawal has been rejected and I have been told that there’s a daily withdrawal limit of €1000 which is about $1700 AUD. I have argued that there’s daily limit was not mentioned on the T&Cs, but obviously the casino doesn’t care.
I have resubmitted $1700 AUD withdrawal on 16/09 via bank transfer, about 2 days later they reject my withdrawal request again, and claiming that I haven’t provided BSB number of the bank account. It is a ridiculous excuse, because I even could not click submit button for the withdrawal request if I did not key in the BSB number of my bank account.
I have re-submitted the withdrawal request on 18/09 and ensuring the BSB and Account numbers have all been keyed in. Now it’s 24/09, my withdrawal is still pending, and the casino keeps finding excuse to asks me to wait. I have never been waiting for a week to get the withdrawal to be processed. I’m not gonna let them get away like this. But I really suggest all of you avoid play here. My experience is terrible. I’m thinking of lodging a complaint if I still did not get pay by the end of this week.
