Live interview Artyom Endorphina

In this episode of Casino Guru News’ video interview series, correspondent Denisa Vydumova uses the occasion of iGB L!VE 2025 in London to sit down and talk with Artyom Moskvin, Chief Operating Officer at Endorphina.

The conversation quickly focuses on Endorphina’s ongoing strategy, which the company introduced at the end of 2024 and has been executing successfully throughout 2025, Moskvin argues in his interview. Part of this success is rooted in the company’s ongoing operations in Latin America, which have consistently delivered on strong results.

More importantly, Moskvin is happy to report that Endorphina’s good results are recognized by third-party market researchers, who consistently rank the studio’s products within the top ten. Not only that, but Endorphina grabs the "Provider of the Year" AffPapa Award, adding to its list of distinctions.

Moskvin clarifies what makes Endorphina’s approach a success. He explains that the company focuses heavily on local teams and local people, which adds to Endorphina's other achievements, including several hit releases in 2025 alone, such as branded games and localized titles.

Endorphina’s process also involves a lot of data and feedback from players. The supplier builds strong ties with local communities and develops its social media channels in ways that contribute to the company’s achievements in game development.

Moskvin says that the company listens to players continuously and draws lessons from that ongoing communication, regardless of where it happens. One important development Endorphina is exploring is whether it can compete in the broader entertainment industry complex.

Are suppliers able to go up against streaming platforms and video gaming platforms? Moskvin believes this is the direction iGaming suppliers are now heading. "I think gambling is becoming more than just gambling. It’s entertainment. The industry is definitely catching up."

Many of the elements used by video and mobile games are now adopted by the iGaming industry in unique and engaging ways as well, Moskvin continues, but admits, "we still have a lot to catch up on."

Moskvin is not shy to address the role of AI in the industry. Endorphina finds ways to use AI to eliminate some manual work and brainstorm for ideas. However, the company believes it is in a better position to rely on its human expertise and unique connections.

"We do not want to be AI-driven," notes Moskvin with a smile. This is not because of some form of Luddism, but rather because Endorphina is confident that its human-based designs of games, mechanics, and features are the best way to drive business results and differentiation across the board.

The conversation with Moskvin is well worth watching in its entirety. You can do so by watching the embedded video in this article or visiting the Casino Guru official YouTube channel.
