That's an interesting opinion; I'd like to understand the details if you don't mind. What do you dislike about additional regulations, for example?

Switzerland and Lichtenstein have become the first jurisdictions in Europe to share a list of excluded gamblers, allowing the two countries to effectively monitor problem gamblers and protect them from harm.
This is possible through a new measure that came into effect on Tuesday, January 7, 2024, and which essentially shares the existing and future names of gamblers who have been restricted from gambling in online and brick-and-mortar properties in both countries, an official statement read.
This is a tremendous step forward, as it will allow operators of iGaming and land-based casino products to get a better read of who their customers are and avoid costly mistakes over allowing problem gamblers to use their services.
Switzerland’s own list of excluded gamblers numbers some 100,000 people since it was launched, allowing Lichtenstein to draw on a huge sample size and swiftly implement a mirror restriction.
Players in both countries need to offer proof of funds in order to play with specific amounts, and especially excessive sums. Casinos are obligated by law to ensure that a player can afford to lose the money they are gambling, or in other words, have the income to support their gambling habits.
The implementation of this list will make it easier for operators to protect consumers. Both Lichtenstein and Switzerland are keen to also minimize the risk of financial fraud, and vulnerable consumers may be compelled to gamble money that is not theirs or has been the result of criminal deeds.
