The leading global company, delivering retail and digital games, analytics, technology, services and solutions to lottery operators across the globe, Scientific Games (SG), announced a new deal in North America.
On Monday, the company confirmed it signed a new technology agreement with the North Dakota Lottery.
Under the terms of the new collaboration, the Lottery will benefit from SG's most advanced omnichannel system solutions, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
The partnership isn't the first one for the duo as they initially joined forces two decades ago back in 2004.
At the time, the North Dakota Lottery selected SG as its technology provider.
Continuing the successful agreement, SG helped launch the Lottery's iLottery program in 2014, while in 2018, introduced its mobile application.
The latest technology agreement is expected to bring further success for both the Lottery and SG.
Notably, the lottery operator has enjoyed a solid increase of 33% in sales over the last decade.
From the 2022 fiscal year through 2023 alone, iLottery sales marked an increase of 36%.
Currently, the Lottery benefits from SG's comprehensive player account management (PAM) solution, SG PAM.
The solution will continue to play an important role in the Lottery's growth and future expansion, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Under the terms of the six-year contract with a two-year extension option, the Lottery will benefit from an advanced enterprise gaming platform built by SG based on key components from its Momentum ecosystem.
The tech solution, developed for the Lottery offers extensive features, including the AEGIS central gaming system.
Thanks to this system, the Lottery will benefit from a digital platform that features a single solution for Loyalty, iLottery and retail technology.
Leveraging the innovative solution, the North Dakota Lottery is expected to enhance the experience for consumers while streamlining its retail technology with self-service terminals.
John Schulz, SG's President, Americas and Global Instant Products, shared his excitement: "We've been there since the beginning with the North Dakota Lottery, and our technology has served the Lottery very well over the past two decades."
