The software development company powering the entertainment, media, sports and betting sector, SB22, unveiled details regarding a new betting placement streamlining system called Lucky22. Announced last week, the first-of-its-kind system seeks to significantly simplify the sports betting experience by delivering a new and efficient way to place wagers.

The patent-pending new system delivers a Lucky22 button that enables the players to place a wager based on specific requirements. Using that button, which is fully integrated into SB22's K22 self-service gaming kiosk, players can adjust their sports wager based on how much they want to win.

Lauded as a major step toward "casino-flying," the new Lucky22 seeks to revolutionize the retail and online sports betting experience for clients. The launch of the new system comes at a time when sports betting remains complex and accessible to "only the most seasoned of bettors," explains a statement released by SB22.

SB22 confirmed that Lucky22, which is an integral part of its K22 ecosystem, will be presented at the upcoming G2E Global Gaming Expo, a renowned entertainment and gaming hub event. This year's edition of the G2E is scheduled to take place between October 9, through October 12, 2023.

SB22's VP of Technology, Pavle Milosevic, explained that currently, there is a wide variety of sports betting options available for bettors, offering thousands of markets for hundreds of games. "We recognized navigating this sea of options to make a selection may not be everyone's cup of tea," he added.

Milosevic continued: "For the first time, we are offering a system which can be used by every type of sport bettors: from novice players learning how to place their first bets, to experienced veterans of the game looking for new offers and wagers."

He explained that it is important for the sports betting experience to be as easy as placing a bet on a slot machine by touching a button. Finally, Milosevic pointed out: "Until the sports betting experience is made fun and accessible to all players, it will continue to be a marginalized part of the larger gaming industry."

Earlier this year, SB22 signed a partnership agreement with ZingSports, the leading Puerto Rico-based sports betting operator. Under the terms of that deal, the operator was able to tap into engaging options provided by SB22, including real-money wagering, free-to-play options and sports wagering.
