The leading South Asian gaming and esports company, NODWIN Gaming, strengthened its team with a new hire.
Last week, the company confirmed in a statement that it hired Ishaan Arya, an Esports veteran with extensive experience, to the role of Vice President of Sales and Partnerships.
The latest announcement comes at a time when NODWIN Gaming anticipates further growth and expansion of its operations.
As VP of Sales and Partnerships, Arya's main responsibilities will include enhancing the value of the company's existing IP portfolio, including products such as Comic Con India, Valorant Challengers South Asia, BGMS, DreamHack India and NODWIN India Premiership, among others.
An ongoing focus of the experienced exec will be fostering new partnerships and expanding the footprint of NODWIN Gaming into the esports and gaming verticals.
NODWIN Gaming was founded nearly a decade ago back in 2015.
Headquartered in Gurugram, the Indian state of Haryana, the company has grown on a domestic and international level.
In addition to organizing a range of tournaments and events, NODWIN Gaming creates engaging content with the help of influencers and delivers exciting products and activations.
Akshat Rathee, NODWIN Gaming's Co-Founder and Managing Director, shared his excitement about the latest C-suite hire.
"At NODWIN, we pride ourselves in encouraging our leaders to take ownership in various aspects of the business," he revealed.
Finally, Rathee pointed out: "As a founder himself, Ishaan not only brings a wealth of knowledge and experience but will also drive innovation and growth across key verticals of our gaming and entertainment segments."
The new VP of Sales and Partnerships was just as delighted to become a part of the senior-level team at NODWIN Gaming.
"I am excited to join NODWIN Gaming to contribute to their massive roster of global gaming, esports and lifestyle events," explained Arya.
He spoke about the leadership position that the company currently holds, highlighting its exceptional visionary approach.
Last but not least, Arya pointed out: "Alongside a fantastic team, I am eager to utilize my expertise in large-scale gaming events and publisher partnerships to elevate the company to new heights."
Prior to joining NODWIN Gaming, Arya accumulated significant experience in the esports and gaming industry.
Overall, he brings a decade of knowledge which enabled him to accumulate a wide range of skills.
Before taking on the senior-level role at NODWIN Gaming, he co-founded The Esports Club, a company that fueled the growth of gaming and esports across India.
In fact, The Esports Club helped organize one of the largest gaming events in the country called The Arena.
