The fast-growing and globally-recognized esports and entertainment brand, G2 Esports, announced a new collaboration with Jägermeister. Details about the new partnership emerged last week and it is expected to deliver new and exciting experiences and activations. The collaboration marks Jägermeister's first deal within the esports vertical.
To celebrate the new deal, the duo announced a new initiative taking place at 26 Leake Street, an award-winning bar. The event from G2 and Jägermeister offered a "full day of tailored activities for fans," a statement reveals. Additionally, the two companies confirmed that besides the event, a limited-edition line of clothes will also be launched soon.
Sven Schindler, the Head of Global Brand & Digital at Jägermeister SE, shared his excitement about the latest partnership with G2 Esports. "We are excited to be announcing our partnership with G2 Esports, a powerful collaboration that marries our iconic brand with the dynamic world of competitive gaming," he said.
Additionally, Schindler acknowledged that Jägermeister and G2 deliver unique and exciting moments for their fan bases. He added that the collaboration will help deliver even more engaging activations and experiences. Finally, Schindler said: "By joining forces, we aim to elevate these experiences to the next level, delivering unforgettable moments for G2 fans and beyond."
Sabrina Ratih, G2 Esports' COO, was similarly excited about the new partnership with Jägermeister. She said: "We are thrilled to be announcing this partnership and to lead Jägermeister's first venture into the world of gaming."
Ratih pointed out that Jägermeister is a globally recognized brand that has many fans around the globe. Finally, G2 Esports' COO added: "Seeing us jointly work on creating better experiences for our fans and celebrating the best nights in esports is a dream come true for everyone at G2 and we cannot wait for our fans to see what we've got coming up."
The new collaboration with Jägermeister comes on the heels of another important deal signed recently by G2 Esports. Last week, the company confirmed it forged a new partnership with the leader within the CS:GO skins trading market, CSGORoll. Similar to the most recent deal, G2 sought to deliver new and engaging experiences for its global fan base by teaming up with CSGORoll.
Elsewhere in the esports vertical, the global betting and gaming powerhouse, Stake.com, announced a partnership with Oddin.gg earlier this month. Under the terms of that deal, Oddin.gg agreed to supply Stake.com with its iFrame solution, innovative widgets, risk management solutions and esports odds feed.
