ComeOn Group, a leading tier 1 iGaming operator, announced an important partnership, complementing its data-driven personalization strategy. On Monday, the company confirmed it extended its partnership with Optimove, the first customer-led marketing platform and leading provider of CRM marketing solutions for online gambling operators.

Thanks to the new collaboration, ComeOn Group will now leverage Optimove's Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Opti-X, for its proprietary sports platform. Previously, the company used the DXP for its casino product but will now broaden its reach.

Ultimately, through the extended partnership with Optimove, ComeOn Group will improve its sports betting platform. The move signals the company's intention to ensure exceptional experiences for its growing customer base. As a result, ComeOn Group's clients will benefit from customized player experiences. By improving its proprietary sports betting platform, the company anticipates further growth within the vertical.

Matthew Gilbery, Optimove's Director of Personalization Offering, shared his excitement about the latest deal with ComeOn Group in a statement. He revealed: "ComeOn Group is a perfect example of how to tackle personalization at scale."

Speaking about ComeOn Group, the executive said that they offer optimized customer experience while leveraging multi-channel personalization. Finally, Gilbery said: "It is organizations like theirs that present challenges and opportunities that drive Optimove to continually improve CRM Marketing for iGaming."

Sherwin Jarvand, ComeOn Group's Chief Data Officer, was just as thrilled about the latest activation. He spoke of the importance of personalization for the company, saying that it is a part of the operator's expansion strategy. Jarvand added: "As we gear up to grow our sportsbook business, it is essential we apply the same ethos across our platform and full product offering."

According to ComeOn Group's Chief Data Officer, the partnership extension with Optimove will enable the company to propel its casino and betting experiences for its growing number of customers. Finally, Jarvand pointed out: "We are excited to continue our journey with Optimove and deliver best in class, personalized sports betting and casino player engagement."

Back in March, ComeOn Group announced a deal with the leading iGaming content supplier, Octoplay. Per the collaboration, the iGaming provider agreed to deliver a range of games for ComeOn Group.
