The leading casino entertainment company, Century Casinos, Inc., announced a senior-level promotion.
Earlier this week, the company confirmed the appointment of Lyle Randolph to the strategic role of Executive Vice President of Operations for the United States.
Overall, Randolph has more than 30 years of leadership experience overseeing casino operations, hotel and food and beverage management, as well as investment and development.
Thanks to his multi-property strategic oversight, Century Casinos identified him as the perfect fit for the important C-suite role.
Before his appointment as Executive Vice President of Operations for the United States, Randolph served as Regional Vice President and General Manager at Century Casinos.
Before that, when the company acquired the Missouri properties in 2019, he was employed as Vice President of Operations for its two properties in the state.
During his tenure at Century Casinos, Randolph has overseen $80m in combined capital development projects that resulted in Adjusted EBITDAR growth of more than 70%.
In his new role as Executive Vice President of Operations for the United States, he will oversee the company’s seven properties in the country.
Those venues mark popular gaming and entertainment destinations and represent nearly 2,200 hotel rooms, 4,701 slot machines, and 93 table games.
At Century Casinos’ seven U.S. properties, there are further amenities, including nearly two dozen food and beverage outlets.
Randolph’s career in the gaming and entertainment vertical began more than three decades ago, in 1995.
At the time, he was first employed by Casino Aztar in Missouri.
Then, once the property was acquired by Isle of Capri Casinos, he was elevated to the role of General Manager for Caruthersville and Cape Girardeau.
Besides Capri Casinos, Randolph worked for Eldorado Resorts, holding a number of senior-level roles.
Notably, he was able to accumulate significant knowledge and benefit from unique mentoring opportunities with recognizable gambling industry execs, including Tom Reeg, Eric Hausler, James Perry and Gary Carano, among others.
