AvatarUX selects Lara Falzon for Chief Executive Officer role

The market-leading game studio, renowned for its quality and award-winning casino games, AvatarUX, announced an important senior-level appointment. The company revealed last week it hired Lara Falzon for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Although the appointment was announced recently, AvatarUX confirmed that it will be in effect starting in January.

Joining the company as its new CEO, Falzon will succeed AvatarUX's outgoing CEO, Nicola Longmuir. A statement released by the company reveals that Longmuir, who was appointed to the role of CEO early in 2022, will be leaving the company in January for family reasons.

Falzon brings extensive experience to AvatarUX. Throughout her career, she was able to accumulate significant knowledge and strengthen her skills, making her the perfect fit for the CEO role. As a seasoned executive, Falzon joins AvatarUX after holding a President and COO role with Bragg Gaming Group, the leading iGaming content and technology provider. Her extensive experience includes senior-level roles with other gaming companies, including NetEnt and Red Tiger, among others.

Tomas Bäckman, AvatarUX's Chairperson, was excited about the latest senior-level appointment.
