After several weeks of communication and verification, my Wild Robin account was finally reactivated.

I successfully completed the KYC verification and have already made my first withdrawal of 500 euros, confirming that the account is fully operational again.

I would like to thank the entire Casino Guru team for their professionalism and expertise at every stage of the process—from the first complaints team consultants, through Tomas, to Matej, who carefully and helpfully handled every detail of my case.

They were really good, competent and serious, and without their support I probably wouldn't have resolved the situation.

I'm still waiting for the accreditation, but so far everything is going well.

My first payout was no problem. Now I've been waiting for 400 euros for two weeks. All I get are excuses, and in the chat I'm talking to an AI!

I'm not familiar with these kinds of problems. Apparently, I'm not the only one experiencing this issue, as I've discovered. Waiting times of four weeks or more! Let's see how things go for me! I've set a deadline, which expires today. Wildrobin is unfriendly to customers and doesn't adhere to its own terms and conditions. Support is just stalling – a delaying tactic.

To date, the promised winnings payout of 400 euros has NOT been paid out by WILDROBIN.

I no longer believe I'll receive a payout. The deadline expires today. I will continue to provide updates.

Erste Auszahlung bei mir kein Problem gewesen. Jetzt warte ich auf 400 Euro seit 2 Wochen. Nur Ausreden und im Chat schreibe ich s mit einer KI !

Ich kenne solche Probleme nicht. Offensichtlich bin ich nicht der einzige mit diesem Problem, wie ich feststellen durfte. Wartezeiten von 4 Wochen und länger! Mal schauen, wie es bei mir weitergeht! Bis dato wurde die versprochene Gewinn-Auszahlung 400 Euro durch WILDROBIN NICHT ausbezahlt.

Ich glaube auch nicht mehr an einer Auszahlung. Die Fristsetzung läuft heute ab . Ich werde weiter über den Stand berichten.

Unfortunately we solved the problem of reopening the account and so far everything is ok, but after I requested new withdrawals, they are again delaying the credits, always saying the same things, because they have a very high number of requests.

I'll wait a few more days and then I'll be forced to reopen a complaint.

Hi, the complaint about the blocked account has been resolved as they allowed me to reopen the account with another email, all the funds were transferred regularly so everything is in order.

Following this I made withdrawal requests based on my profile so 500 euros per day for 3 days so a total of 1500, the days have already passed for the credit which I still have not received, I wrote to support and also via chat and they answer me like the previous times that is, there are delays in payments we are sorry etc etc, I would not like them to do like the other time where I have to wait more than a month c

Ciaooo , il reclamo per il conto bloccato e' stato risolto in quanto mi hanno fatto aprire di nuovo il conto con un altra emal , tutti i fondi sono stati spostati regolarmente quindi tutto regolare .

Le chat live lasciano il tempo che trovano , scrivi al supporto e se passano piu di 20 giorni ti consiglio di aprire un reclamo direttanente qua , vedrai che ti seguira un tutor che sblocchera' la situazione .

Stai tranquilla il casino' e' affidabile solo che ha tempi un po lunghi , poi dipende da caso a caso
