The way I see it, you very much like to complain about the matter. However, I do not believe this post will help, and I also think that displaying your transaction details along with your casino username is not at all a beneficial idea. Kindly consider editing your post, please. Internet is full of scammers.

This casino is weird.

It is capped at 10x max cashout on the bonus...but then has a pile of restricted games. Games that all can pay big.

If you have a 10x max cashout clause, what is there to fear? I find it highly annoying how many games are bonus banned....and for no reason at all.

Hmm, you're probably right, but I'd say that's the case in most casinos. Cap is pretty common and restricted games too. It may be annoying, but if players want to play with a bonus, they have to obey these rules.

Ive been playing for 20 years online and this is very uncommon.

Alright deposit $200 and got $300ish bonus. Won $3200 after wager was done.

Will update on how payment goes. So far so good..verification was done in minutes. But the big test will be to see how the actual payment goes.

Im very impressed with this casino. They verified me in 5 minutes and paid me in about 5 hours. I deposited $200 and cashed $3200 as a first time depositer.

There was a max win. My balance was $3480 after wager..Then after wager.. like $200 was removed. Not a big deal. I signed up knowing the rules and I won a very good cashout and was paid.

I have been waiting for my €900 withdrawal from GIZBO Casino since September 29th.

After writing to support every day, I was given a different transaction number that I should provide to the bank in order to track the payment.

after calling the bank "they couldn’t help me because they can only trace payments made by themselves"

I wrote to support again.

I've been waiting for a response for 7 days now, and every day I get the excuse from support that they're waiting for a response from the payment system.

maybe someone can help me.

Ich warte bereits seit dem 29.09 auf meine Auszahlung in Höhe von 900€ auf GIZBO Casino.

Nach täglichen schrieben mit dem Support wurde mir täglich eine andere Transaktion Nummer gegeben die ich bei der Bank angeben soll um die Zahlung nachzuverfolgen.

nach telefonieren mit der Bank „die mir nicht weiter helfen konnten da sie nur Zahlungen von sich selber zurückverfolgen können"

habe ich wieder dem Support geschrieben.

nun warte ich bereits seit 7 Tagen auf eine Antwort wo jeden Tag die Ausrede vom Support kommt das sie auf eine Antwort vom Zahlungssystem warten.

vllt kann mir ja einer weiterhelfen.
