They should definitely let you know that they can do so in the Terms and Conditions. Maybe the casino considers that they let you know just by email when you received it. It shouldn't be a stretch, but if you only had one withdrawal of €400 before, they probably didn't have to write it to you at the time and there was nothing to split. 

Now that you had more withdrawals, it's not the first time I've seen that happen. It would be important to me that you get the money when the date comes. 

Obviously you have to make a decision based on that if you know the casino can do it and whether you're going to keep playing after you've withdrawn everything.

As for making screenshots private, we don't have that option on the forum. So if you have a problem with that, you can edit your post and delete it.

I deleted the post because to edit it, an admin’s approval was needed, and that took quite a while.

I hope everything will be fine with the money and I won’t have the same problems I had with Immerion casino.

So far, everything has gone well with Cosmic, except that it takes at least 18–19 days, but at least I know when I’ll receive the money and that I will receive it.

Cosmic slots doesn't pay out.

I've been waiting for my debit for 8 days now and the KYC team hasn't responded and just keeps asking for the data that has already been submitted several times. I'm getting really angry.

Hmmm, I would say that if you don't pass verification, you can't withdraw the money, so it has to be successful first.

What documents are they asking for again, and have you already sent them? Were any of them rejected if they are asking for them again?
