My personal experience with Winshark has been nothing short of a dream the whole way through. This casino has scammed and stalled with reasons to not pay out my winnings.
First for some unknown reason they had the wrong email address took two days to correct that, then they claim that I did not give enough verification information because they did not recognize that I had given them two pieces of ID when I sent them a photo of the two pieces of ID together. It took them a day to respond to that email when they did respond to that email, they said that they were going to further it to the financial department and that the financial department only works Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and it depends on how heavy their workload is before they will actually get to the case. !!!!

I've played in this casino for over a year now. The last month only I've played over 2.000 euros . I've withdrawn here and there like 100 euros or something and they made it soo difficult to get my money back. Not very good this casino. I played Legacy of Dead and got all symbols in the free spins, 23000 coins on 0.5 euro bet. My best win ever on this slot. So I contact support and she tells me "We do not limit withdrawals from winnings from bonuses or free spins which were credited to your deposit"

I won over $200 AUD on a single hit with a very low bet of $0.40 (40 cents AUD), and this happened a couple of times on different games, and I ended up cashing out over $500 from a $45 deposit.
