Osvojio sam oko 8.000 evra i svaki put sam tražio isplatu od 500 evra, u potpunosti poštujući ograničenje kazina od 500 evra dnevno i 1.500 evra nedeljno, a takođe poštujem i da isplata sredstava može potrajati i do 5 radnih dana.
Međutim, ovo je sada drugi put da sam morao da čekam skoro dve nedelje da se obradi jedno povlačenje. Uprkos tome što je moj nalog dugo vremena potpuno verifikovan i što ovde igram već više od tri godine bez problema, trenutna kašnjenja su zabrinjavajuća.
Povlačenje se prikazuje kao „obrada" danima, i tek nakon slanja više imejlova — ponekad i VIP menadžeru — dobijam nejasan odgovor u kojem se traži još strpljenja. Stalno dobijam različita objašnjenja, ali i dalje nema rešenja.
Iako je podrška i dalje prijateljska, nedoslednost i duga kašnjenja počinju da deluju nepravedno i neprofesionalno.
Iskreno se nadam da će se ovo uskoro rešiti i ostajem otvoren za ažuriranje ove recenzije na osnovu toga kako se situacija bude rešavala.

However, this is now the second time I’ve had to wait nearly two weeks for a single withdrawal to be processed. Despite my account being fully verified for a long time and having played here for over three years without issues, the current delays are concerning.
The withdrawal shows as "processing" for days on end, and only after sending multiple emails — sometimes to the VIP manager — do I get a vague response asking for more patience. I keep receiving different explanations, but still no resolution.
While the support remains friendly, the inconsistency and long delays are starting to feel unfair and unprofessional.
I truly hope this can be resolved soon, and I remain open to updating this review based on how the situation is handled.
