Ok idk kako je ovaj kazino dobio visoku ocenu, ali to treba da se promeni što pre!!! ukratko, idem na svoju sekundu čekanja na povlačenje🤦🏾 i osećam se kao da su me trčali okolo i izgledaju izobličeni, prvo su rekli sačekaj da je prošlo 5 dana i tako sam uradio i dalje 7. dan sam im javio u vezi mog povlačenja i rekli su da se još obrađuje pa sam pitao da li je moguće da otkažem povlačenje? I rekli su ne jer je to u sred procesuiranja meni i da su uradili svoj deo posla i da je van njihovih ruku i da moram da čekam svoju banku, pa dajem još 5 dana i još ništa i tonite, ovde stvari postaju zanimljive pa sam skočio na ćaskanje uživo i pitao šta se desilo sa mojim povlačenjem? I isti odgovor kao i uvek, još uvek se obrađuje i da bi vreme čekanja moglo biti duže, pa sam odgovorio i rekao da je to razlog zašto sam želeo da otkažem svoje povlačenje jer sam znao da će ponovo potrajati i njihov odgovor je ("ako želite da otkažete svoje povlačenje mogu poslati zahtev finansijskom odeljenju") ŠTA?!!!! nakon što mi je rekao 5 dana ranije da se ne može otkazati ili promeniti dok je u toku obrade? A njen odgovor je bio ("da, to je tačno, ali pošto je obrada još uvek u okviru našeg finansijskog odeljenja, može se otkazati")🤦🏾🤬
Ok idk how this casino got a high rating but that needs to change ASAP!!! long story short I'm going on my second of waiting for my withdrawal🤦🏾 and I feel like they've been giving me the run around and they seem dodgy, first they said wait t 5 days has passed and so I did and on the 7th day I hit them up about my withdrawal and they said it's still processing and so I asked if it's possible to cancel my withdrawal? And they said no because it's in the middle of being processed over to me and that they've done their part and it's out of their hands and that i have to wait for my bank and so I give it another 5 days and still nothing and tonite this is where things get interesting so I jumped on the live chat and asked whats happened with my withdrawal? And same answer as always it's still being processed and that the waiting time might be longer, so I responded back and said this is why I wanted to cancel my withdrawal in the first place cause I knew it was gona take long again and the their respond was ("if you would like to cancel your withdrawal I can send a request to the financial department") WHAT?!!!! after telling me 5 days before that it can't be canceled or changed whilst in the middle of processing? And her respond was ("yes that's correct but because the processing is still within our financial department it can be canceled")🤦🏾🤬
