Javljam se da bih izrazio ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa svojim pokušajima povlačenja na VVV.VINBAI.COM. Tokom protekle tri nedelje, pokušao sam da povučem svoja sredstva tri puta, samo da bih se suočio sa ponovljenim kašnjenjima i promenljivim izgovorima.
1. Prvi pokušaj: Moje povlačenje je otkazano nakon pet dana zbog navodnih „tehničkih problema" i savetovano mi je da pokušam ponovo.
2. Drugi pokušaj: Ovaj put je odbijen iz razloga „potvrđivanja", uprkos tome što je moj nalog već u potpunosti verifikovan.
3. Treći pokušaj: Nakon uveravanja da će moje povlačenje proći, ponovo je otkazan bez objašnjenja.
Nakon ovih neuspelih pokušaja, rečeno mi je da moram da zatražim ručno povlačenje. Međutim, pošto sam sledio njihova uputstva da otkažem povlačenje na čekanju i podnesem novi zahtev, obavešten sam da moram da sačekam još tri radna dana. Kada sam istakao da sam to već uradio više puta, dobio sam automatski odgovor u kojem se tvrdi da sam sam otkazao zahtev — što je potpuno netačno.
Ovaj ciklus koji je u toku ostavio me je bez pristupa 4.916 CAD na mom nalogu, bez jasnog razloga za greške pri povlačenju. Čini se da sam izložen beskrajnim odlaganjima bez ikakve istinske namere da mi se dozvoli pristup svojim sredstvima.
Dokumentovao sam sve razgovore i snimke ekrana kao dokaz. Ovo iskustvo izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa legitimnošću ove platforme i pozivam druge da budu oprezni. Ako se ovo pitanje ne reši brzo, eskaliraću stvar relevantnim organima za kockanje, agencijama za zaštitu potrošača i finansijskim institucijama.
