### **Žalba Kazino Guruu – Nedostaje depozit u bitkoinima na Spinaro kazinu**

Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa nedostajućim depozitom na **Spinaro Casino**.
Dana **21. novembra 2025.**, oko **03:00 (CET)**, uplatio sam depozit od približno **1.400 evra** putem **Bitkoina** koristeći svoj **Egzodus novčanik**. Obično su depoziti na Spinaro putem Bitkoina ili trenutni ili ne traju duže od nekoliko sati. Uplaćivao sam depozite mnogo puta ranije bez ikakvih problema.
Međutim, ovog puta moj depozit nikada nije stigao.
Nekoliko sati nakon slanja sredstava, proverio sam svoj Exodus novčanik i video da je transakcija u potpunosti potvrđena na blokčejnu sa **preko 109 potvrda**, što znači da je plaćanje uspešno emitovano i završeno sa moje strane.
Uprkos tome, podrška kompanije Spinaro mi je rekla da je depozit i dalje „na čekanju", što je izuzetno neobično jer blokčejn jasno pokazuje da su moja sredstva isporučena i potvrđena davno.
Prošla su **3 dana** od transakcije, a još uvek nisam primio depozit na svoj račun u kazinu. Spinaro nije pružio nikakvo objašnjenje za kašnjenje niti korisnu informaciju o tome gde se nalaze moja sredstva.
Molim vašu pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema i osiguravanju da Spinaro ili pravilno uplati moj depozit ili pruži jasno objašnjenje šta se dogodilo.

### **Complaint to Casino Guru – Missing Bitcoin Deposit on Spinaro Casino**
Dear Casino Guru Team,
I would like to file a complaint regarding a missing deposit on **Spinaro Casino**.
On **21 November 2025**, at around **03:00 (CET)**, I made a deposit of approximately **€1,400** via **Bitcoin** using my **Exodus wallet**. Normally, deposits on Spinaro via Bitcoin are either instant or take no more than a couple of hours. I have deposited many times before without any issues.
However, this time my deposit never arrived.
A few hours after sending the funds, I checked my Exodus wallet and saw that the transaction was fully confirmed on the blockchain with **over 109 confirmations**, meaning the payment was successfully broadcasted and completed on my side.
Despite this, Spinaro support told me that the deposit is still "pending," which is extremely unusual because the blockchain clearly shows that my funds were delivered and confirmed a long time ago.
It has now been **3 days** since the transaction, and I still have not received the deposit in my casino balance. Spinaro has not provided any explanation for the delay or any useful update about where my funds are.
I am requesting your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that Spinaro either correctly credits my deposit or provides a clear explanation of what happened.
