Nestalo 1.700 evra – isplata 1.000 evra čeka se od 2. juna, a 700 evra je nestalo nakon otkazivanja
Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa ShinyWilds kazinom zbog dva ozbiljna problema sa isplatama.
Drugog juna sam zatražio isplatu od 1.000 evra. Prema navedenoj politici kazina, isplate bi trebalo da budu obrađene u roku od 48 do 72 sata. Sada je prošlo više od 20 dana, a isplata je još uvek u toku. Nekoliko puta sam kontaktirao podršku i nisam dobio jasno objašnjenje niti rešenje.
Nedavno sam otkazao zahtev za isplatu 700 evra. Međutim, umesto da bude vraćeno na moj račun, 700 evra je potpuno nestalo. Stanje na mom računu je sada 0 evra, a podrška mi govori da je u pitanju „tehnički problem". Ovo mi je veoma sumnjivo, posebno imajući u vidu nerešeno isplaćivanje 1.000 evra.
Ova situacija je neprihvatljiva i osećam se kao da me prevare. Poštovao/la sam sva pravila, potvrdio/la svoj identitet i podneo/la ove zahteve u dobroj veri.

€1 700 missing – €1 000 withdrawal pending since June 2, and €700 vanished after cancellation
I’m submitting this complaint regarding ShinyWilds Casino due to two serious payment issues.
On June 2, I requested a withdrawal of €1,000. According to the casino’s stated policy, withdrawals should be processed within 48 to 72 hours. It has now been over 20 days, and the withdrawal is still pending. I contacted support several times and received no clear explanation or resolution.
More recently, I canceled a €700 withdrawal request. However, instead of being returned to my balance, the €700 completely disappeared. My account balance is now €0, and support is telling me it’s a "technical issue." I find this highly suspicious, especially considering the unresolved €1,000 withdrawal.
This situation is unacceptable, and I feel like I am being scammed. I have followed all the rules, verified my identity, and made these requests in good faith.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this issue and help me recover the total amount of €1,700 that is rightfully mine.
