Case summary
On 21 July 2025 I requested a withdrawal of 561 USDT. Prior to this, Rubet’s support team had confirmed that my KYC verification was successfully completed and withdrawals were enabled.
Rubet’s own terms state that payouts must be processed within seven days after an approved request. However, the funds have not arrived. When I followed up, support replied that my account was "under additional security review," gave no reason or timeframe, and has since responded only with single-word messages such as "wait." This unexplained delay violates the stated withdrawal timeframe and causes financial harm.
What I am asking for
Finish the additional review within a reasonable timeframe.
Release the 561 USDT immediately to the same wallet used for deposits.
Provide an official statement on my account status and an exact payout date.
