Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Žao mi je zbog vašeg problema. Proverio samOpšte uslove i odredbe i pronašao sam ovo:
6.11. Možete podići do 5000 EUR (ili ekvivalent u valuti vašeg računa) u roku od 24 sata, do 10000 EUR u roku od 7 dana i do 25000 EUR u roku od 30 dana. Stvarni limiti mogu da variraju u zavisnosti od načina podizanja, VIP statusa, aktivnosti na nalogu i drugih faktora koji mogu uticati na proces podizanja.
Dozvolite mi da vam postavim nekoliko pitanja, kako bih mogao u potpunosti da razumem celu situaciju.
- Da li trenutno imate nerešena povlačenja?
- Koliko uspešnih povlačenja novca ste već izvršili i koliko vremena obično treba da se obradi svako povlačenje?
- Možete li, molim vas, potvrditi da ste prošli KYC verifikaciju?

6.11. You can withdraw up to 5000 EUR (or the equivalent in your account currency) per 24 hours, up to 10000 EUR within 7 days, and up to 25000 EUR within 30 days. Actual limits may vary depending on the withdrawal method, VIP status, account activity, and other factors that may affect the withdrawal process.
Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely.
- Do you currently have any pending withdrawals?
- How many successful withdrawals have you already made, and how long does each withdrawal usually take to be processed?
- Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?
