NALOG JE BLOKIRAN NAKON SAM OSVOJIO 15.000EUR !!!
Naišao sam na PinoCasino na raznim veb lokacijama koje su pokazale dobre kritike i zanimljiv bonus paket dobrodošlice.
Napravio sam ukupno 3 depozita: 150 - 200 - 200 EUR svi su došli sa lepim iznosom bonusa.
Na mom trećem depozitu imao sam sreće i osvojio oko 15.000 EUR.
Kada sam nastavio da radim verifikaciju svog naloga igrača, odjavio sam se sa veb lokacije kazina i kada sam pokušao da se ponovo prijavim dobio sam iskačuću poruku u kojoj se navodi da je moj nalog onemogućen.
Izbezumio sam se i nastavio da kontaktiram njihov tim za podršku putem e-pošte.
Posle dva dana dobio sam imejl sa zahtevom da verifikujem svoj nalog tako što ću otpremiti dokumente na njihovu veb lokaciju.
Odgovorio sam napomenuvši da to nije moguće jer su mi blokirali pristup njihovoj veb lokaciji kazina i stoga sam uključio sve tražene dokumente u svoj odgovor e-pošte.
Nastavio sam da pratim ažuriranje putem e-pošte, ali im je trebalo nedelju dana da jednostavno odgovore da su prosledili sve relevantne informacije svom timu i da moraju da sačekaju ažuriranje.
Opet sam nastavio da pratim i sada posle dve nedelje dobijam sličan odgovor u kojem se navodi da čekaju odgovor.
Ne znam zašto su mi uopšte blokirali nalog jer sam igrao po njihovim pravilima i uslovima.
Nemamo poverenja ili vere u to kuda ovo ide, jer ovo traje već dve nedelje.
Imaju sve potrebne informacije za verifikaciju mog naloga, pa zašto im je sada potrebno do dve nedelje da verifikuju moj nalog i plate mi novac.
Osvajanje iznosa od 15.000 EUR bilo je veoma radosno iskustvo koje je postalo noćna mora nakon što sam video da mi je račun iznenada onemogućen.
Srećom, napravio sam snimak ekrana (pogledajte prilog) svog naloga koji prikazuje stanje na koje se može povući jer sam bio veoma uzbuđen što sam osvojio ovaj iznos, možda se ovo takođe računa kao neka vrsta dokaza da je ovaj balans zaista osvojen i da nije zaključan nikakvim daljim bonus opkladama.

ACCOUNT GOT BLOCKED AFTER I WON 15.000EUR !!!
I came across PinoCasino on various websites which shown good reviews and a interesting welcome bonus package.
I made a total of 3 deposits: 150 - 200 - 200 EUR all came with a nice bonus amount.
On my third deposit I got lucky and won around 15.000 EUR.
When I went on to do the verification of my players account I got logged out of the casino website and when trying to log back in I got a red message pop up stating my account got disabled.
I freaked out and went on to contact their support team by email.
After two days I got an email asking to verify my account by uploading the docs on their website.
I replied back mentioning this isn't possible as they blocked me from accessing their casino website and therefore I included all requested docs in my reply email.
I kept following up for an update by email but it took them one week to simply reply back that they passed on all relevant information to their team and need to wait for an update.
Again I kept following up and now after two weeks I get an similar reply stating they wait for an answer.
I don't know why in the first place they blocked my account as I played according their rules and terms.
In have no trust or faith in where this is going as this is going on for two weeks now.
They have all needed information to verify my account so why does it take them now up to two weeks to get my account verified and pay me my money.
Winning an amount of 15.000 EUR was a very joyfull experience which started to became a nightmare after I saw my account got suddenly disabled.
Luckily I made a screenshot (see attachment) of my account showing the withdrawable balance as I was super exited to have won this amount, maybe this also counts like some kind of proof that this balance was really won and not locked with any further bonus wagering.
